Incidentally, for some weird reason I hadn't thought to connect the merman and All Blue. I really like Freeman-12's idea that we'll see the city of merman and All Blue in one place, it'd be great.Only human.

I think it's more on the idea that he wants to discover it, to prove to the world it's real. Sort of like we landed on the moon to prove we could, but no one is living up there.

Fishman Island is gonna be a honkin big arc anyway. Shouldn't it be soon, too? I remember hearing someone say it was near the middle of the Gl.

Hmm… I was just thinking -- what if a merman ate a devil fruit?
They can breathe underwater, so it's not like the sea poses any danger for them. Could make for a very powerful combination. I was particularly thinking of Jinbei and the mizu-mizu fruilt (water DF!)

I'm sure you see my drift. Although I actually like the idea of All Blue being an ocean on (or under) Fish Man island, and Jinbei's palace goes over and in and around the whole thing.

i dont think the next arc is gonna be revolving around the fishman island and all blue as its simply too soon for sanji to realize his goal IMHO
and i still cant comprehend how all blue could be a legend whose mear existence is very doubtful if its situated at a well known merman city i mean if it was there it wouldnt it be common knowledge and not a myth ? :hm:.

The fishmen might want All Blue to themselves for social or economic reasons.
They could keep away from humans, so the secret stays with them.
They might not even know the significance; from above the seas seem different, but from below, it's nothing special. I'll note that the division of the Grand Line probably seems very artificial to creatures which swim, as they wouldn't be impeded by Calm Belts.

all thoght it would be hilarious to see Sanji go all crazy over the fact that they had no idea that this little part of the sea was the legendary all blue i dont think they dont realize its all blue i think they would atleast notice that exactly every fish from every ocean is present there and that thats not usualy the case.
but ill buy the "Lets not tell the humans about this place and get all the fish ourselves" theory
as that could be the case but i cant help but to think some blabbermouth merman would have let the secret out if that was the case. -

I really like that idea that All Blue is the fishmen's hidden city that they don't want anyone to know about. And It would be played out nicely since if they actually do find it, then the fishmen aren't going to let them leave alive. So there's going to be lots of fighting and cool techniques abound.

It is a cool idea, the i don't think its likely, it probably just going at be near the island onepiece is on, since all there goals seem intercontected.

A theory I would agree with, or else, why has no one brought proof of it's exsitence.
Though if you think about it again- All Blue is where all 4 Blues meet right? If it's in the Grand Line what if all the Magnetic Fields & such prevent one from reaching or perhaps living there? -
True, or maybe it doesn't have any magnetism to it specifically. That would easily prevent a Log Pose from ever locating it and prboably prevent an Eternal Pose from being set to it.

Then how will Sanji know that All Blue is where they go? Its not like he can tell by just going there, its hard to tell from the surface and its gonig to be hard to tell even under water since you can't count all the fish under water. Maybe once Luffy finds One Piece, it will just show what happens to everyone else later on.

actually, I'm sure that everyone will get their special arcs before ending One Piece. It have special arcs for everyone to go from. Such as Ussop getting to Eneru(sp?) and Chopper becoming a great Doctor in the Grand Line. Sanji leaving to become a cook on his own Resteraunt, Zoro in his own dojo and such.

They're not even halfway around the Grandline. The halfway point is Marijoi. Remember? The holy city where the Grand Line and the Red Line intersect.

I still hold that Jinbei's castel is mostly underwater. It being all blue was something that occured to me on this discussion. It was just a thought.
