You got #4 wrong, also I don't remmeber Robin wearing the Straw Hat…but you still did pretty good.

As I recall she wore it the very first time she met Luffy. This was when she tried to give them the pose to Alabasta at Whiskey Peak.

Of coarse I haven't seen that in awhile, I guess she could have just held it. But I was pretty sure she put it on.
