I know it's pretty early for suggesting this, but the guy does look like Mini-Story material. I'd find it pretty amusing if Franky Coup de' Vent's in his mouth, closes the zipper, and Fukuro floats away from Enies Lobby, thus beginning his mini-story. (Probably into Skypiea or into Buggy's crew or something…)
And another reason why I'm looking forward to Franky vs. Fukuro. A fight between two weridos! Chapapapapa...!!
Sounds good to me. Some nice ideas, and he does seem Mini-story material, however, personally I think that out of this arc it will either be Franky or Paulie, whichever one doesn't join the Mugiwara.

Kumadori strikes me as more of a Mini-Story candidate. Though that might be because he is the most similar to Gedatsu, in terms of humor value and lack of seriousness (or more accurately, comical over-seriousness).

He was just so un-developed. A swordsman with a kind heart, and his "1000 Deeds a Day" motto sets him up for one.

I think Fukorou is good for a Mini-story. But the next mini-story I want to see would involve Foxy and Kuro. Kuro would be the perfect matchup against Foxy: Super-fast guy vs. Foxy's Noro Noro Beam. Plus, Kuro lost all his officers and could get them back via the Davy Back Fight (Siam and Butchie were killed by Zoro, Jango is a Marine now)
I called it wrong, so long ago. I guess this needs to be changed.

2. Buggy blows up a dude with a cannonball.
3. Krieg caps two dudes in the head.
4. Higuma the Bear gets EATEN.
5. The fat dude that Robin fought in Skypiea is supposedly dead. (Robin uh… kinda threw him over the side of the island and then broke his spine)
6. Ms. Monday was blown up, As was Mr. 6
7. Mr. 7 and Miss Fathersday fell to their death, apparently...
Plus, Siam and Butchie both get hit TWICE by Onigiri. Siam doesn't even get back up after he gets slashed the second time... Butchie is barely alive when Jango hypnotizes him, and then Zoro slashes him AGAIN.
As far as we can tell, Siam and Butchie are DEAD.

Yeah, I believe Arlong mentions Zoro killing some of his henchmen(the time he broke free), too.
And Gin said he only had a couple more hours to live before leaving the Baratie. And those guys in Arabasta whose names I forget.
Either Fukurou, Kumadori, or any of the train guys would work, or all of them.
Paulie wouldn't seeing as he's joining the crew once this arc is over.
Personally though, I dont think Gin died…he did say he plans on meeting up with the mugiwaras at the grandline

Also, I don't know if the Mr. 7 pair died, people in anime usually don't die or get seriously injured when they look funny after being hurt.
Mr. 9 (6 was said to be killed by Zoro right?) might have died, but I think Ms. Monday was just unconscious. Also, that part with Ms. Valetnine crushing her was filler I think.

My thoughts exactly. Kumadori is indeed similar to Gedatsu. He's like a satire of many Japanese anime heros.
I think Lulu and Tileston should have their own mini-story.
It's hard to decide before the arc's over, but I'd say for now it's probably T-Bone. With the mini stories it's usually the character who was the weird/annoying guy who had an abrupt ending. I doubt it'd be Paulie or the other Galley-La foremen because there'll probably be some sort of closure with them. If it were CP9 members, I'd say either Fukouru or Kaku. Fukouru because he's weird, and Kaku because he seems to be one of the favorite members.
I could see the Water 7/Enies Lobby mini arc being something like T-Bone, Nero, and Wanze, seeing as they were all left at sea.
I don't think Wanze was left at sea, rather he was kinda left at room where cp9 were. (maybe the medics carried him off or something once they reached Enies lobby
I dunno, "Oimo And Kaashi's Voyage! Rescue the Captains!" sounds like a tight mini-story title if ever I've heard one.
Maybe the W7 ministory could be Fukuro and Kurmrodai getting a shipright licsenes and ending up falling?
My personal favorite mini-story for this arc would be T-Bone swimming back to CP9 headquarters, finding tons of wounded people, and frantically looking for enough cloth to cover all their wounds. In looking for cloth, he stumbles upon Fukuro and he finds the zipper on his mouth is shut and stuck. They then proceed on a quest to get to Marine headquarters, unzip Fukuro's mouth, and inform the Gorousei of the destruction rought by the Strawhats.
Paulie wouldn't seeing as he's joining the crew once this arc is over.

When she joined did SHE have a very developed character OR a back story? At the time, No. No she didn't. But she has worked out fine.. in fact, a full two arc's after she joined, we are just NOW learning about her past!
BEFORE Robin joined who did everyone think would join the crew? Vivi! Why? She had a fully developed backstory, already helped the crew out, proved she could fight, ect. ect. ect.
Anyway. You people need to at least ATTEMPT to think everything through before speaking. Right now I'm not going to bother on who could join the crew.. for all we know it could be someone else like Nico Robin, just a completely unthinkable character randomly plotting their rump on the new ship and declaring they have joined.
