I found this french version of a japanese manga on a website that sells import Tankouban. It says it's from Takeshi Obata and Susumu Senki (Whoever the hell that is.) From what I can gather, it has something to do with genies and magic lamps but thats all I can make of it. The title is Rampou, and I don't know if thats the original japanese name or a french translation. Does anyone know anything about it?

**That's a manga by Takeshi Obata and Susumi Senki called "Mashin Boken Tan Lamp-Lamp"(that translates into "Arabian Genie Adventure Lamp-Lamp")
The word you mentioned, "Rampou", is another translation of the main characters name which is Lamp.
He's where Nobuhiro Watsuki got his model for Sanosuke for Rurouni Kenshin.(look at the guy in the middle, he kinda resembles him.)
Hope this helps.

Yup, that's Takeshi Obata's all right. Mashin Bo-kentan Lamp Lamp. I haven't had a chance to really take a look at the whole thing, oh, but I remember someone mentioning that to me before about Watsusuki-sensei…
I've got that here somewhere...I'm gonna go look for it and check it out again. :D
Hikaru no Go was all right, so maybe this'll be cool...[p.s. Nami love your sig.]
