It's DEAD easy. I'll give you a link in a few minutes.
Throughout this month, we will be testing new features (like search) so you may experience some hiccups from time to time. We'll try to not be too disruptive...
One Piece fangame, SSB style

is it cap of online battle and changing the look of the game like menus
-
Not sure about online battles, but it may be cap of it(it looks incredibly simple at first, but some of the games people have made are amazingly professional). As for for changing the look, yeah you can change anything you want, it's not like MUGEN where you get the one engine that you have to stick to. You can create your own, or download one.
-
I don't think any of the CP9 characters should be support but thats just me.
What would be awesome is if you could make Mr.1/Miss Doublefinger main characters instead of just support characters. They are just too cool..
Also, where can I get versions of this? And where can I get controls? I downloaded something and it has Luffy/Usopp/Zoro demo but I can't figure out controls besides arrow-keys and spacebar

OK, here it is:
http://www.yousendit.com/transfer.php?action=download&ufid=0AAFBFC802BC7582
It's got some help files, tutorials and demo engine to try out(so you don't have to build your own straight away). There's also two example characters. Here is a game someone made with it, which shows the potential of it. You can even open up the game file in the program and edit it.http://www.yousendit.com/transfer.php?action=download&ufid=627F4117454C8E9A
Here is another example game. It's only short and only has two characters, but it's really clever and another great example of what the program's capable of. http://www.yousendit.com/transfer.php?action=download&ufid=7295B9CB7ECCF8B8

No I meant the link to the actual fighter maker or w/e its called site. Though I guess the first link is good, thanks
-
Doesn't have a website, and is really rare to download. It's very hard to get, but there's a few sites with sprites, tutorials etc.
-
whenever I try to open the games, they automatically close…
(not the one piece fangame)
-
Oh sorry… one of them seems to be protected from being opened... but the one called "Second Heat" definitely opens, I just tried it.
-
Weird..I just tried it and it closes and the message comes up "Would you like to put the files in the archive"
-
That IS weird… um, you could try looking for other games online I suppose. You could just load up the characters in the Second Heat folder on their own, then. Just click the character tab, then from the list, right click, character>add from file.

-
Kinda of…Ssj Zac cracked the rom so basically he can rip anything he wants...
-
as in he can change the starter decks.
Sorry Buuhan but the emulator hasnt fully developed for the game yet.
Still speed and saving errors. -
I don't have any speed issues with the rom, but it's a bugger to figure out how the game works…
-
Speed errors meaning its not "normal" speed.
