Did anyone notice the look on Lucci's face when robin started talking about the buster call?
Is it possible he was a: there, b: from ohara, or 
had a buster call smacked on someone he knew at some point?
I know we don't often get too much backstory on the dudes Luffy fights, but I thought it was worth looking into.

Yes, but it didn't seem like it has anything to do with neither a, b nor c in my opinion.
a: Lucci shouldn't be a lot older that Robin, so he wasn't part of the Buster Call.
b: Everyone from Ohara exept Robin has been killed. Robin only survived because Aokiji saved her from Akainu, more or less.
can't really say anything against that but the only flashback we'll get from CP9 will be them training themselves beyond human limits
I think that Lucci is just pretty interested in what a witniss of the "Ohara incident" has to say about the Buster Call because he himself doesn't have a clue what exactly is going to happen when they push the trigger. Perhaps Ohara even was the only time when they actually performed the Buster Call. I think Lucci will respond to Robin's story somehow like this:
though: "Now everything's clear! That's why Aokiji gave us permission for the Buster Call. He wants to get rid of that damn Spanda, too!"
Spanda…m: "Oops, i pushed the trigger!?!"

If it is anything, I think he is interested in why someone who was happy just to hand herself into the WG and be sent to EL without any hesitation or resistance, is absolutely petrified of the Buster Call.
