Will someone give me a straight answer as to what the FNE is? I've searched through all exhaustible resources on the net and in books, and I've found "nothing" on the matter at all! Any input is welcome.
The Florence Nightingale Effect

I never heard of an Florence Nightingale Effect before. Where did you hear that?
EDIT: After checking the Wikipedia and the Yahoo search, I find that there is no such thing as an FNE. I'm sorry to say but this topic seems pointless. Unless someone can bring that up.

I heard something along the lines of when Nurses fall in love with their patients

Aye, this is know. What I do not know, though, is why there's nothing document on it anywhere on the net! It should bear mentioning somewhere outside of common knowledge, right?

Inmature, pal. Don't get surger hyper.
So that's what FNE means. Interesting so why did not Wikipedia and other search engine never list it?
Oh yeah, make a Florance Nightingale Kaya and Usopp her patiant to have sex with.
Anyway, Madme Nightingale just loves to flirt with her male patiants and gets all sexual about it.

Such is the mystery. I've never heard of the term used on the 'net, but my parents knew about it and it was apparently mentioned in a popular movie called Back to the Future. I guess the term may just be outdated, like The HAB Theory.
My reasons for investigation are that many Manga, Anime, and even normal movies used the FNE as a sort of "deus ex machina" to get couples together, as in some male guy accidentally saves a girl so she falls in love with him.

I was reffereing to Carly's refference to it for the Kaya and Usopp thing, and further more, I was trying to be funny, not act like a child.

The point of wikipedia is that you should now add this missing information in there yourself.. henceforth the whole world will know what the florence nightingale effect is!
-
There's a great deal of office politics involved in that, you know. I've not the time to sort through all the red tape. =/
-
No you just hit "edit" and add the new information to the wiki of Florence Nightingale…
-
No, no, you don't understand. People make Wikipedia their life's work, and such an indication would likely be reverted later today, if not later this week. First, you have to make small talk discussion in the 'talk' section of the Wiki article in session, and after a while, if people like the idea, send a petition of article creation to the Wikimedia Foundation. They'll approve and it's bombs away from there.
That's a lot of work, and along the way, people are going to halt progress at all turns. Trust me, I've fiddled with this crack all during Summer 2005. It's total bullcrack.
