Ah Book-off. If I could marry a bookshop, it would be Book-off.
first, i love your avatar ooshi and that is a lot of manga. HOw much was it in total? I bought my fair share of manga in japan but never that much at one time
I think I still buy more than you xD (More than 175/2=87.5)
I love Book Off.
total for both was around $350?-ish… i would have bought more but they didn't have the ones i was looking for...
ooshi78
Wow.
Have a list of what you bought?
I gotta find out if there are any stores like this near me.
unless you live in japan, then probably not. Bookoff, unless something has drastically changed, is a japan only store
We have Book Off in the States for several years now. I heard they have it in Canada, too.

There's nothing around here, but at least I have Sasuga.
they're thinking of making one in the bay area so e-mail them and show support!

Oh cool. When I went there last time, I was asking the store owner if they're planning to open one in San Jose. (Pretty embarassing now that I think about it.) But woot!

Thanks for the info.
sigh It's going to be a sad, sad day in May when I have to go home and say goodbye to my beloved Book Off . . . . .
I laughed when I heard ooshi had 800+ manga, but then it turns out that he has a girlfriend anyway. Shit…
Hey, is that white set near the front Garfield?

no, it's some girl one… i have no idea what it is... the orange one is "ike- inachu takkyubu" or "go, inachu pingpong club". i wasn't too keen on it but my girlfriend got it for me.
my girlfriend is japanese, it's normal there.
