I'd suggest taking a few buisiness classes and maybe getting a degree, maybe take a few art classes, and read 'Understanding Comics', 'Comics and Sequential Art,' and everything by Will Eisner. Then you'll be ready to start your comic book company.
You'll probably need to get a liscence in order to sell stuff and have saved enough money to you know, make buildings and hire drivers of trucks. You should probably start out small, and then expand out. KNOWING what has/is/will be popular would help, along with knowing the history of comics, including all the landmark artists, books, etc. -
Just out of curiousity, how old are you actually samuraizero? :huh:

In addition, I would suggest you to work for ongoing comic book company. Not knowing anything in the business is not a good thing to start the business.

I go through that every day just hoping someone post something. There should be a rehab center for people addicted to really good forums.
But then again I'm a 13 year old boy with limited TV access zero girlfriends and no homework.

Yeah, having an outside life helps. Understanding how to run a company, understanding what our current society likes, and other things would probably be necessary as well to become a successful comic book company. Though, what do I know? I'm just a 13 year old boy that's overly praised in school for being of above average intelligence (which is quite common, I have friends that think I'm smarter than them even though I'm sure that they're smarter than me) for my age group with a girlfriend and has no knowledge of business and would rather be looking at the arts of literature and visual art like One Piece and observing the philosophies of others.
Though, I believe that understanding is always the first step to everything. If you don't understand how to run a company, you won't make a profit. Without profit, the company will go bankrupt and you'd have wasted a lot of money and time on the company.

Hmm wow i didnt know we had so many 13 year olds on this forum i thought i was the only one. I thought most of you were 14+

and on that note, the obvious thing that you'd want to have is 1. experience in the business world and 2. actually being old enough to manage the company, but number 2 pretty much is an extension of number 1, sorta.
