i have noticed that not one new episode has been out lately or manga
is one piece on break still?

Short answer: Yeah, on break
Long answer: There should be a chapter this week, I think. K-F episodes are unsure, as are Gerusama releases. If there would be a raw it would have been out by now.

K-F is having a problem with something (read site).
Dunno how Gerusama's going (probably average, but what is average anyway…)
Anime been on break.
Manga's: during a one or two week break or something.
Other subs still existing...
US dub supposedly not 'til first part of February.
No idea on Viz.

Hmm… Anyone got access to one of those "laser etching printers" (I believe the trade name is Versalaser, they cost like 10,000 USD)... it would be very cool to do like some ceramic tiles etched with manga scenes.
