Grimlock VS Edward Elric

Edward Elric enters the ring through the red corner. "Looks like I'm up again. Let's see, my next opponent is Grimlock." Ed looks up and scratches his head, "Which one was he again? There were so many combatants in Round 1, it's hard to remember who's who."

Grimlock emerges from the opposite arena entrance, "GRIMLOCK LOVE TOURNAMENT!!!! GRIMLOCK KING OF TOURNAMENT!!!!!"

Ed slumps over with a sweatdrop on the side of his head. "Oh yeah…him."

Grimlock runs down the aisle, shaking the entire audience stands with every massive metal step. Grimlock then leaps into the air and lands in the blue corner of the ring, cracking the floor and shaking the stadium. Grimlock looks down at Ed. He then points at Ed and says, "HAW HAW HAW HAW! MIDGETS MAKE GRIMLOCK LAUGH!!! HAW HAW HAW HAW!"

A furious expression crosses Ed's face, "MIDGET?!?! WHO YOU CALLING A MIDGET!??!?! I'LL TURN YOU INTO SCRAP METAL!!!"

Grimlock begins to clap, "HAW HAW HAW!! ANGRY MIDGET EVEN FUNNIER!! HAW HAW HAW HAW!!!"

Ed settles down a little bit, "There may be laws against human transmutations, but as far as I'm concerned, you're not a human."

–DING--

Ed puts his hands together and places them on the floor, "Now you'll see why your species went extinct!!"

And Ron 8, Grimlock was in the original 80's series of Transformers. Back before the mini-bots, armada, beast wars etc… He is the leader of the Dinobots. He does appear in the Transformers movie, along with the original megatron, (who transformed into a handgun). Now I'm rambling off topic. See what you made me do?

Yes~ ever notice how.. who wal it.. Sludge of Snarl didn't appear in the movie? poor Screampuff got killed…. after the movie it went to crap in my op. They killed so many good chars! Ratchet, Wheeljack and Bluestreak too? and messed up classic chars like the seekers..

Obviously, the ending wasn't what people were expecting, but one would think that for such an expensive movie stemming from a successful and original franchise, the FMA movie wouldn't have to rely on clichÃ and fanservice to "putter across the finishline". It's not even deserved; I've heard the guy who did the EVA series was pressured into making the movies because people wanted a "solid" ending, so he gave an even more ambiguous one to piss them off. Where is your God now, otaku scum?!

But I digress. I am also a bit concerned with FUNi's decision to port to movie to American theatres; it's popular, but people arn't so arsinine as to be unaware of the low production values of the FMA flick. Meh~

Usopp with a Pushpop

Ed uses alchemy to make giant spikes errupt from the floor surrounding Grimlock. The spikes form a tall cage around Grimlock. A huge grin forms on Ed's face, "Well, that was easy!"

Suddenly, Grimlock chomps down one of the spikes at the base with his powerful metal jaw. Grimlock hops out of the imprisonment and lifts his arms into the air. "MIDGET CANNOT STOP GRIMLOCK!!!!"

"I guess I spoke too soon.", says Ed. Grimlock then charges in Ed's direction. Ed sprints into a run. Grimlock chases Ed around the ring happily. "HAW HAW HAW HAW!!! CHASING MIDGET GREAT FUN FOR GRIMLOCK!!!!"

Ed stops and spins around to look at Grimlock. "You know, that midget crap is really getting old!!!", Ed claps his hands together and places them on the floor once again. This time, a gargantuan concrete hand emerges from the ring floor and grabs Grimlock in mid run. Grimlock struggles to bite the hand, but his jaws cannot reach. "GRIMLOCK ANGRY NOW!!!!"

Ed points at Grimlock, "That's what you get for calling me a mi-….what the?" Ed is cut off by the site of Grimlock shapeshifting into robot form. Now fully transformed, Grimlock draws his energon sword and slices through the hand in one swipe. "You've got to be kidding!!", yells Ed. Grimlock brings down his massive energon sword and slices the ring in half. Ed looks at the fissure where he had been standing just a second before. Grimlock sheathes his sword and whips out his double-barrelled, self-propelled rocket launcher. Ed's eyes widen, "Aw crap!!!". Ed sprints into another run as Grimlock fires rockets at him. Ed runs circles around the ring as the rockets follow him. "This is crazy!!!!", yells Ed as he runs, "How am I supposed to defeat a giant robot with a rocket launcher!?!?!" Ed notices that he is running straight towards Grimlock, "Wait a second...yeah!"

Ed dives behind Grimlock's left leg. He claps his hands together and places them on Grimlock's foot. The rockets hit Grimlock and explode, causing the ring to become covered in black smoke. The ceiling sprinklers come on and slowly the smoke is cleared away. Ed is now standing on a metal merry-go-round. In the middle of the merry-go-round is Grimlock's head.

–EDWARD ELRIC ADVANCES!!!--

"WHEEEEEEEE! SPIN TIME GREAT FUN FOR GRIMLOCK!!!", shouts Grimlock's head. Ed looks at Grimlock's head with a sweatdrop, "He actually likes it?"
