ichigo ran towards hughes with zangetzu in position to slash. the sword came down at hughes with amazing power and speed, but he dodged to the side and through two knives in ichigo. one in his side the other his arm. ichigo just shrugged this off and charged again. this time hughes threw three knives driectly at him. ichigo jumped and came down his sword in stabbing position. hughes rolled and then jumped towards ichigo in unison with ichigo hitting the ground. hughes impaled in three areas (stomach, side, side) and kicked him off.
Ichigo stood panting but smirked and shouted ''BANKAI''. ichigo magically grew a robe like that in picture as well as the same sword. he redied his sword and vanished. but this time his speed backfired. even though he cut hughes, he was waiting with redied knives and ichigo ran straight into them. ichigo now had four knives sticking out of him. he charged hughes again but right before him he stopped. ichigo stumbled a bit, his eyes turned black and he half grew a holomask and now had a twisted smile.
a strange, new, high-pitched voice came out ''how many times must i tell you ichigo, if you die, i die. looks like im gonna have to finish this fight for you and once again show you how to use your real power''
the new creature charged hughes slower but on his way let out several black curving horizontal lines cutting through anything they touch. a few of these lines grazed hughes giving him several cuts on the sides, stomach, and chest.
ichigo reached hughes but this time hughes could not dodge. ichigo stuck his sword completley through hughs' stomach and drops him to the ground.
Ichigo looms over the bleeding Hughes with his sword resting on his shoulder. "Time to end this…", says Ichigo as he raises his sword to finish off Hughes. "...and also put an end to your annoying rambling about your pathetic daughter." Ichigo swings his sword with incredible speed...but Hughes catches it with his bare hand!!
Hughes looks up at Ichigo, a blazing inferno of anger in his eyes. "You can insult my hair. You can insult my wardrobe. Hell, you can even insult my penis. But no one...I MEAN NO ONE EVER INSULTS MY PRECIOUS LITTLE ANGEL!!!!!!!!!!" Hughes jumps to his feet and punches Ichigo in the face with the force of 1,000 atomic bombs! The mask is crushed off and Ichigo is sent flying through the stadium ceiling and into outer space.
