When I first started watching One Piece, I accidentally downloaded some HKs during the Kuro arc, and there were some lines that were complete nonsense. And then during Kuro's flashback, one of the lines was "Is he turning himself on?" I kind of wish I had kept some of them.
My favorite is still "He dive like a crazy beef". And yah, the letter U thing is great. XD
In the Movie 6 subs, Zoro's Oni Giri attack is translated into "A Ghost… Chop".BTW, anyone have a screencap of "be my sexy"? I lost mine.

The ice cream scene is actually one of those examples where the HK subs didn´t screw around. Both german translations, the manga and the anime have it like that and even K-F has it like: "Looks like my pants ate your ice cream."
So for once HK got it right.
But another good one is during the final Luffy/Crocodile fight where Luffy yells something like "I´m gonna become One Piece". XD

"How can this be possible?"
I can´t believe how often that one was used in the HK subs. It was almost every second sentance. It cracked me up so much that I used it in real life to piss of my friends. :laugh:

I watched episode 170 (I think) today and Zoro said something like "It was because I was attractive by eel!" when he (spoiler for K-F people…) got shot in the leg. That was funny XD And Yama saying "Taste my Oly!" before he attacked that dude of Wiper's (the KH's called him "snow leapoard" >.>...?). Also, when Gedatsu called Chopper a tanuki, it was subbed as "palm civet." I have no idea what that is or ehat it means XD

"Aah! I am so besottled...!"That's pretty much how ep. 172 or so went...
EDIT: Oh, and about the "One Piece" thing. At some points in the story, it seems the HK people think the "Piece" or "Pieces" are pirates, and the pirate king is the "One Piece". Pretty weird. Also, the Japanese word for monster ("bakemono", I think…) is translated as "bugbear" and kaizoku is translated as "sea robber" or "sea bandit".
I've been watching these things for too dang long… :/

Believe it´s there. The only exact scene where I can remember though where this qoute was in episode 52 when Smoker asked his subordinate if he has ever seen somebody laughing at the execution platform. The first sentence that the subordinate says is "How can this be possible?".
To some it may go under unnoticed because it is adecuate english. But it if you pay more attention you´ll notice that it appears quite often. Especially in the East Blue arcs. Later on in the Grand Line it doesn´t appear that often anymore but it´s still there.
