I like a looot of stuff. But going by what I mainly listen to, I guess dance is my favorite (trance, freestyle, etc). We had this awesome dance station down here but it got tooken over by a rock station beause their old station got jacked by goddamn reggaeton.
Unfortunately, pretty much no one listens to that kinda stuff here so it may never be back.

Underground Hip-Hop is the Shit, and I allso love The Oldies, like the Rolling Stones, AC/DC and Queen. Also Punk Rock is allways good and emo in moderation is allso good

I like old school R&B and old school rap. I also like 80s music too. And if it sounds good to me, I can listen to music everyone would consider crap.

Nightwish is pretty well known. I really havn't heard much by them though. I liked the music but I really didn't like the vocals.

Sometimes I listen to classical and new age. But, I'm too embarassed to listen to it. Listening to it kind of gives me a sense of maturity.
I also like sometimes rap with a jazz beat or rap in the 90's I prefer like nas, Jay'z, 2pac, notorius big. and etc
And smooth R n B is good now and then.
I mostly listen to Cpop Jpop and genre does not matter to me..
I listen to a lot of J-rock… but i enjoy a lot of mid 90's stuff like Stone Temple Pilots. I also like really mellow stuff like Free Dominguez, Fiona Apple, Damien Rice and Johnny Cash. And whatever you'd classify Frou Frou/Imogen Heap under...

I forgot to add my guilty pleasure of hair metal…
I mostly listen to really old stuff from like, the 60s, 70s, and 80s (mostly 80s… something's been done to me...); but I like newer stuff like Green Day and Gorrilaz... And even those bands aren't all that new... And sometimes I listen to stuff that is just plain weird...
I'm pretty eclectic, the only stuff I don't like AT ALL is Hip-Hop. It's not so much the music style, but the terrible lyrics that seem to infest all popular Hip-Hop. No I am NOT down with your "bitches 'n hoes." If a hip-hop song with decent, non-offensive lyrics would come out, I'd listen to it.
And I really really like classical. I love modern stuff and rock 'n roll, but sometimes you just really need to listen to, say, Mussoursky's Pictures at an Exhibition.
