I've been meaning to check it out since I saw the trailer on one of my DVDs (which shows comparisons of the characters to their manga versions). I've also been looking for the manga it was based on, but can't find it anywhere.

Wonderful cult classic. You can find copies of the manga floating on ebay every once and awhile.
