As far as the question that he did all that is concerned, well he did it but I guess his dream will be completed when everone in the world will know him as Usopp, Brave Warrio of the Sea. And right now he is stiff far away from it.

Actually, yeah. I think he's living it now, but just doesn't realize it yet. ;)
As for becoming famous, if he ever does, especially if he ends up with a large bounty, I wonder if he'll regret it.

Ussop will be brave in under soem conditions… firstly when pirates are attack a village, he alone or with luffy, zoro or sanji must face them which means if he is brave he would fight them alone or with a partner and kill all of them to have some respect and show that he is brave attacking the entire swarm of pirates... but if he dies then he might regret being a brave warrior lol!

Because I think it's one of Ussop's goals. He really admires the giants. And it's not that island, they already went there. He wants to go to Elbaf, home of the giants.

It wasn't just courage, it was their ideology. They didn't just fight bravely, their entire existence was based around a warrior's code of honor that they refused to set aside even to death.

As for getting a bounty, I brought this up before, but I guess nobody had anything to say about it: If Usopp did become famous as a pirate, and did get a bounty, would he ever be able to go back to his village? He always says he'd like to go back home, but is there a point of no return? He is with the man who will become Pirate King, after all.

but u remember in louge town when he wanted to shoot at richie "he said damn my hand slept." if it was a gun then it would be easier for him to shoot it and it can go further then the slingshot

It takes the same skill of aiming to shoot a gun that it does to shoot a slingshot. A gun may be even more difficult considering how the force of the blast can jerk your hand out of position.
He just should practice more. Sometimes I wonder why he isn't doing target practice all the time, it would do him good. Maybe he should take on Zoro's example and work out his arms so he can use the impact dial more effectively. ;) -
quite interesting that you think that a slignshot is better then a gun i like it but come on a gun is better and his father uses a gun i think ussop is afraid of using a gun

i always thought usopp should carry a loaded gun in his bag of tricks if he ever wants/needs to use it. And I agree that he should work out his arms to use impact. Shoulders, specifically.

Actually if Ussop could pass Daddy Masterson's test with just a slingshot I'd have to say it's just as good as a gun. Even if it WAS filler.
And c'mon it's obvious that Luffy will always stay at 100,000,000 beri while Ussop will have a 1 billion beri bounty placed on him after W7! After all he's the GREAT CAPTAIN USSOP! XD

He used a BOMB with it. That's more than a gun can do. I think he's proven on more than one occasion that he can shoot a slingshot just as effectively as a gun. Also, remember, a weapon is just a tool. How effectively any weapon is used is dependant on the skill of the person using the weapon. Like how Mihawk was able to beat Zoro with that little knife. He only pulls out the big sword on special occasions. ;)

Gun is good.Its attack power is always better than a sling shot with some explosion powder.But then gun in One Piece world have a MAJOR weakness.It can only shoot one time(most of the gun we see) and need some time to reload.Sling shot is much FASTER and dun need to reload.Unless Usopp get a gun with multi shoot or he invent one,I dun think he will use a gun.

Not necessarily the fastest, the strongest or the most cunning of men out there sailing, I mean, on board the Going Merry alone he's not ranked top. But there are many kinds of strengths that get us through our adventures, you know.
The fact that he's not as strong as the others, or that he gets more easily frightened than the others; that he has twice the trials to face when he goes out to fight, but does it anyway is not for nothing. As Zoro once said in OP Movie 3, powers isn't just about strength, skill, or even technique. It's also about heart. Usopp's got loads of that. :)
It'd be neat to see him start using guns. He had one in the latest color spread, so maybe that's a hint of things to come. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. :D

Yeah, it's interesting that he is quite often drawn with a gun in the color spreads. If he does get a gun, it would have to be a special one. Maybe Yassop will give him his gun. :) Although, I kind of like the idea that if he's ever in a major fight, it would be the old slingshot that comes through for him in the end. ;D
