I need a translation tool Please!

Alright I wanna view pages in Korean and Japanese or just Korean right on the page, currently these languages appear as question marks. Google only translates one page. So I really need a program that will translate korean pages to english. Can anyone help me?

You don't need a "translatoin tool," you just need to enable your internet browser to view other languages. Since I don't know what browser you use, that's all I can tell you.

I don't know how to do that and besides even if I did I still can't read Korean!
