Wow, I thought he had died a couple years ago, so I was more surprised to find out that he was still alive.
Sucks to know that he finally has died though, he was a great comedian.

I hate to see that he died, but I'm really surprised that he lived as long as he did. At the same time, I was surprised to find out he was only sixty-five, seemed like he should have been a lot older than that for some reason. The guy was a really great comedian and it's a shame that he had so many tragedies in his life.
Pryor and Eugene McCarthy… celebrities always die in trios, so I wonder who the other will be.
Complicating things since 2009.

One of my favorite actors too, last time I saw him in the media he guest starred on the TV show Malcom and Eddie a few years ago. He was looking pretty sickly then too. Tis a shame but a part of life. R.I.P Mr. Pryor and thanks for the many years of laughs as I grew up.

Holy Snap! I can't believe he is gone. Jeez what's going on. Everyone of from my favorite people is dying on me this year. Thank you for the laughter Richard. You are the real "King of Comedy"
