spybot + ad aware SE + spywareblaster. a cool set that should help you removing a lot of them.
but stopping lurking on porn sites will help you too

For anti-virus software, I use AntiVir Personal Edition. the interface is ugly, but it's free :) If you have dial up, updating could take up to 30 mins, and the full system scan takes up to 45 mins. (atleast mine does).
For spywares, I use Ad aware SEPS: Don't blame me if they have virus heh~ XD
