Yes these questions do have relevance! I am trying to get working on a cosplay outfit for ACEN and this is one of my options. Also if anyone has suggestions on who/what I should cosplay as for that convention I would love to hear, I am having a hard time deciding on my own. And currently I have several cosplay outfits in the works.

Well the shirt definitely is not white. Can´t help you about the pants though. =(
I'd have to say the pants have to be dark purple and the shirt a lilac. And I know I'm not purple-blue colorblind….or colorblind at all.
I'd say pants were dark purple and the shirt was pale pink myself… and aren't her shoes like always black?

Omnichild - Argh, yeah, it's frustrating with colors like that. I would say that the shirt is white, and the animators are just tinting it to make it look more interesting animated. They do that with Zoro's pants and bandana too - they're actually black, Oda colors them black, but they are tinted green in the anime. I've seen people try to do Zoro with dark green pants and bandana, but personally I was not a big fan of how it came out. As for Robin, if you went with black and white, I'm sure people who knew Robin would reconize it, and would look nicer than the weird lilac colored shirt. If you can find purple pants (try a thrift store!), awesome, but with the right hairstyle/wig, white and black could also look great!
As for Arabasta Nami's skirt…I do know where the white is coming from, it sometimes looks white in the earlier episodes (although that might have been my wash out eps I originally saw) as well as one statue that is probably bootleg I have. On official merchandice, like wall scrolls, pencil boards, and gashopons, it always looks light blue:
Oda's manga coloring (although done in pink) also leads me to believe its meant to be colored. However, again, I'd say its completely a matter of personal preference, and either way could be reconized.
Thanks Ginny. I was thinking myself that the shirt was white and just looked lilacy due to the purple tint on the pants.
OH and FFU, it is hard to say, it could be like Robin's shirt, white but appears a light blue to due the colour of the top.
But I agree with Ginny, it is matter of prefence. Just go with what you think looks best.

What the…? Just checked it, you´re right. Zoro´s manga pants are really black with white shading elements. Thanks Ginny, never would have noticed that if you wouldn´t have mentioned it. =)

Really? I knew Zoro's pants couldn't be green! That mean that blue shine on Sanji's suit is just a tint, really that Sanji's suit is black and that the only blue is his shirt?
