With the cold weather upon us, let's talk about the hot drinks we like. I normally drink coffee and tea, but I'm more of a tea drinker. And of course there's the occasional hot chocolate.

I used to like Lipton tea with tons of sugar in it.
Then my favorite moved to water (cold).
Then my favorite moved to mocha.
Then my favorite moved to tea again, but more on variety.
Then my favorite moved to pumpkin spice latte.OOOh let's not forget about those Chinese pearl drink. They're YUM.

COFFEEEE. With cream. Many varieties of it, such as lattes, mochas, and Irish Coffee. I had a gingerbread latte today. Yum. I like Chai tea and hot chocolate too.

You mean the little tapioca-like balls? I like those better in cold tea. There's an asian tea house over here that serves all kinds of crazy teas…like milk green peach tea, and sour apple tea.

I'll accept the fact that British people don't talk like that if the world accepts that Americans aren't all blonde, blue-eyed, beautiful jerks who carry seven guns on them at all times.

Oh, and I like French Vanilla hot chocolae, coffee, and apple cider. I like my tea sweet and cold. And I hate it when restaurants give you the tea with ice and expect you to put the sugar in, but, darnit, the sugar doesn't dissolve right when there's ice and you end up with _un_sweetened tea with a bunch of sugar in the bottom….

Like Hot Chocolate. The trick is to get the right mixture. You don't want it to taste like water, be scalding hot at times, or to have too much mix that there's goop at the bottom of your milk. But when you get it right, ahhh bliss. Until I spill it on myself.

Anyone have a Trader Joe's store nearby? They just came out with a coffee blend (whole bean) called "Wintry Blend". It actually has real little chunks of spices like cinnamon, cloves, and peppercorns, and you grind it up together in the bean grinder, and it smells and tastes soooooo good. drinking it now

Green tea is great if I need sleep but I love putting the cheese powder that you get with box macaroni in hot water with some tabasco sauce. :3

I'm a tea drinker too! Since the day I was born. I'm just about to go make one now… I just prefer regular old tea, and I don't care much for fruit teas or anything like that. I like Earl Grey though.
I like hot chocolate too, but only if it's made well. I go to a place (called "the hot chocolate" funnily enough) with friends and they have flavoured hot chocolates that are mostly yummy. I had a chilli hot chocolate once and it was painful to drink :eviltongu

One of the best mixes I tried yesterday was my own mocha. All you have to do is mix coffee and hot chocolate. Oh, it's sooooooooooooo good!
