I agree with the figures. I've been looking all over for the Portrait of Pirates edition for the Strawhats but they're all run out. I hope they decide to re-produce it again.

As for other products, I would like Robin's armband which had her initial NR on it :D

Candy figures of other characters besides just the Straw-Hats. Every series they come out with, they have variations of the Straw-Hats and then a few other random characters (the newest was with Foxy, Ace, Doflamingo, Porche, etc). Go back to the older characters! I want my Mohji candy figure!

They sell little mini figurines at the Japanese store near me. You don't know what figure is inside until you open it. I got Porche and Usopp. :D

They do sell Mr Prince sunglasses, too, but they're usually pretty expensive. They occassionally pop up on Ebay if you keep an eye out for them.

hattori puppets would be brilliant. maybe they could have little sound system in them so one could pretend to be a ventriloguist with them.

i'm not very good at coming up with things like this, so i only figured that bon clay -ladyshaver would be lovely.
my friend suggested one piece snowglobes, if there already aren't, and sanji-cigarette-box (you know, that kind where you can store cigarettes instead of those boring packaces you buy them [i'm not being very wordbook-y today]) and a lighter.
and a mug made out of tin with that has sort of a rising figure of the crew.

They were displayed for a year on my porch though...
