Oh, I forgot to mention.
3. To ask some questions of japanese words. Before joining, I had never known what the word yosh meant, nor had I even heard of it. But now, I use it a lot. -
It appeared to be the only sane One Piece forum out there. Also, it was actually quite active. I never planned on staying, but it just sort of happened.

My reasons? I joined like last year and forgot about it and re joined. I wanted a OP forum that wasn't full of moron noobs that didn't know their foot from their arse.

I'm not even sure I joined the first forum…probably just didn't feel like it. I think I joined SnoopyCool, though. I think I chose well.

Lurker for nearly a year then I decide to join because I have nothing to do during my summer afternoon. (My friends in another forum are at school while I sat in front of the computer, lurking around anime sites which is quite bored after sometimes.) Try to be active though, but mostly I enjoy another One Piece forum more since those guys are super active.

I joined for the same reason as Buc did, because posting in that little comment box on the old site sucked even more than a black hole.
And this way, you barely get any of those stupid "1st post" comments that clog up the comments in certain news sites.

I always join a forum or two whenever I get into a fandom, because I like to talk about common interests. AP has the most interesting discussions, a sense of community and the least amount of stupidity.
And the most Usopp fans

I'm part of another great forum called Christian Anime Alliance (Christiananime.net). It's not dorky like it may sound or anything like that. You're free to talk about nearly everything (save politics, religious debates, and certain anime, i.e. hentai).
My only problem with it is that are too few true OP fans there (but that's starting to change, thanks to me ).So I looked around to find somewhere that offered more OP goodness and stumbled across this. Now I'm equally active on both forums (except on Thursdays, since that's when AP tends to crash

I joined because I was bored. Besides that I love OP and wanted to chat it up with others who enjoyed it as well. ( Have no fear for those of you whom I may annoy, I will probably get bored and stop coming to this site in about five to six months. heehee sorry)

There will probably come a time when I don't visit the board regularly anymore, but it's anyone's guess when that will happen. Depends on how long One Piece keeps my interest. I may stay a huge fan all the way until the series ends.
If at some point you see less of me and my avatar/signatures are advertising some other fandom consistantly for a long time, it may be a sign I'm phasing out.

because this forum is all about our beloved manga/anime/story ONE PIECE

I joined because you guys are like me, you know stuff about One Piece. All fo my friends think One Piece is cool but none of them really can get into it and that was when I found this place. You guys know what you are talking about when it comes to One Piece so I finally found people that can hold out an intelegent conversation about One Piece.

I joined AP last summer (I think) when a few people at KF's forums wouldn't stop talking about the place.. Interestingly enough, after I came here I rarely ever posted at KF's forums afterwards.
