This thread is incredibly intimidating.
I guess…I've started a workout routine that includes, among other things, bicycle crunches everyday. So, after a lazy childhood I'm starting to get into a decent level of health.

I'm almost 23 and I started University this year and I have just completed my first year :) I thought it would be difficult to get in, but I defied odds and managed to do it!

Nice indeed. I'm gonna revive this thread with my achievements. Just recently I managed to make my first pizza! Yay! Nobody helped me and I did everything by myself including pizza dough and toppings. The best thing is that I can eat it alone and won't share with anybody

Well, recent accomplishments that I'm really proud of is that since I started college again I have been getting straight As and been maintaining a 4.0 GPA. Three semesters in, and I'm still doing good. I also got on the Dean's List! So, yeah O:

On my end, more workout news, I've been doing squats lately. Like, a lot of squats. I typically do 3 sets of 15 throughout the day and a 20 minute treadmill walk, and it's giving me surprisingly good results.

Yes, thank you! I'm trying really hard. This is honestly the first time I ever did so good. (I guess i probably got As in first or second grade… but yeah.) It will also help me get a scholarship when I transfer to a four year college.

It's more of a strength-training thing. At my work I have to stand a lot, and I think I'm developing something close to plantar fasciitis so I try to exercise to reduce the pain. Which, thankfully, seems to be working.
Although, if I have to choose between those two options, I guess it's good for weight lose because, without going into detail, I've lost pretty much all the fat around my legs thanks to this.
