The mistake was in ch 353, he was meant to say 8 years ago instead of 12 years ago. I don't have a copy with me right now, so I'm not certain which page it was or what's the detail ^^; But just the locate number 12 and replace it with 8…

Tom did finished the sea train 12 years ago but Franky committed the crime of Tom 8 years ago. Thankfully this little correction made few things clear :P.
