(20m bored college student) Started reading the one piece manga in a fit of quarantine boredom. I bought the first 5 volumes and fell in love after Usopps introduction. I have watched a lot of anime but i was reluctant to move to one piece due to the ridiculous amount of time i would need to devote to it. I am now entering volume 20 and am looking forward to the rest of the series. Is there any Manga high points or arcs to look forward to? i just finished Drum Island and im working into the Alabasta arc which according to my peers was an anime highlight.

The next ten volumes after Alabasta are a couple self contained arcs, but really fun, especially the Davy Back Fight in vol. 33. And right after that kicks off an amazing arc, so I hope you'll enjoy it!
