No, we don't know his ability or the restrictions around it. My current theory is that

! his ability is really called unbelievable, and it works on people who don't believe in him or something to that effect. Hence, betraying the union was a plot to get their powers by making the members stop believing in him. And it didn't work on Fuuko because she has shonen MC personality.
Fuuko not hearing the love confesion and then Andy not repeating it was lame, then he started setting death flags and it was extra weird because he can't die. I don't know what to expect about their relationship.

Also, todays dose of God assholishness: giving an architect a power that makes your buildings tilt if you designed them properly balanced.

I wonder if Gina's death will be retconned. It makes Andy, Fuuko, Shen and the Union look bad. If Gina died, then unmove should have been given to someone else, but Billy says it's Gina's power. Also, one of the rewards was the location of Unchange, so it all could be leading to that reveal. Plus, there's precedent from coming back to life.

On a different note, I've been thinking about the tone of the manga. On one hand, it's pretty brutal, especially with Andy's gruesome fighting style. But on the other hand, casualties are brushed aside. Spoil killed a whole town but it wasn't given much focus outside of that one schoolteacher. We don't know what happened to the people who got turned into books by Autumm, and probably won't know what will happen to those turned into trees. The series would feel much darker if all the civilian tragedy was addressed.

Caught up. Nice series. Interesting concept of abilities. Interesting choice of worldbuilding - have God being an asshole (hey it's Preacher again) the the longest members of Union being Andy/Victor and Juiz (using the time loop with the Ark).
And the pace of the manga, it feels like the author don't know how to write compelling stories for the side characters or don't want to spent too much time without focus in the main duo.
~~Also was Billy supposed to be blind? There's at least three flashback instances about that, and it's just ignored. Oh wait the copied Undead so that solved that.~~

The author is an amateur and you can catch glimpses of it. He's got pacing issues, but that's understandable given initial fears of cancellation and lack of expertise. His art is noticeably getting better with time. Also it's quite apparent that after the first 9 chapters the story took a change in direction with the Union being the good guys. On the plus side, he seems to really pay attention to details, like having character interactions in the back or including hints to powers' activations and limitations.

About Billy, he was indeed supposed to be blind. It's possible that the power he copied about ricocheting bullets had blindness as a side effect (you can't see/aim but you never miss is the kind of ironical power god would give to screw someone over), and he just went with it. I don't know about undead curing blindness, as Billy doesn't have a good grasp on the ability.

The author suddenly started experimenting with screentome (most notably when Rip attacked Andy and Fuuko). Lots of small background interactions and details, like Top still talking to unbreakable like an old man, Fuuko freaking out at Andy ripping his skin and Shen being a bit too happy to attack Andy.

Billy has used the word unfair a bunch of times, maybe as a foil to unjustice or maybe as a hint of his own power. Fuuko already knew about Yusai and Andy (she didn't even react to the poem) but she feels jealous when Andy brings it up himself. Also weirdly specific, but it does fit God's sense of humour. I guess she also can't draw her sword anymore.

Unruin nearly kills Fuuko, he's inmortal and has lived through multiple resets like Undead. Also he's a vampire.

Juiz decides to go all in on having Fuuko defeat god, so she makes a deal with some moon deity to save her. The deal required sacrificing all her points. These points were mentioned when Andy and Fuuko joined the Union and never again; the points determine the order of the seats. Having no points lefs this late into the game means she won't be able to use the ark.

Andy and Fuuko jump one week ahead thanks to the deal, just in time for the quest reward. The reward included the addition of uma Ghost, so now people who die can exist as ghosts. Fuuko is now a ghost and they have to save her soul from uma Ghost.

The penalty for failing was the addition of uma Revolution. With uma Revolution, planets orbit around stars. Presumably, the idea behind that penalty is that the Earth was not rotating around the sun so, as soon as that rule it's added, the Earth starts falling. Juiz thinks they have been penalized but they haven't. However, the earth lost 3 of it's seasons. In the real world seasons are the result of the earth orbiting the sun, so a world without seasons would be a world which doesn't orbit the sun. By god's logic, having no seasons in a world without Revolution should be the same as not orbiting the sun in a world with Revolution. The result is that they fall to the sun either way.

TL;DR: The rules in this universe are made up by god, so he set up the 100th quest so that they'll die either from the laws of physics or from the law of nonsense physics. They're currently going to die by nonsense physics.

So Victhor is god, and the manga ends when Fuuko kills him. Everything fits nicely. Victhor being related to god was already hinted anyway, and recently the vampire guy implied they were both different from the rest of humans.

If there's one mistake this series has made, it's that we weren't given enough time to really know all the members of the Union. They're the good guys, we should've had an arc for each of them.

I kind of get why though. It would be good to get an arc for every member of union but you also don't want to pad the story out with arcs that exist to solely give them that focus.

That being said though, Nico and Phil are really the only two that haven't had any focus but at least Nico has been a support presence in every arc. There's also the chance that Phil could still play a role in an upcoming arc (as I'm sure the members of Under that we got no focus on in the last arc will).
