He was probably just too lazy to correct it. It does seem like a pain in the ass if you ask me. Just imagine it's there not a big deal

Queen's Brontosaurus form is only drawn with the robot arm once, and it's the panel where Big Mom slams him into the wall.Not too much of a stretch to say that the robotics are a human form only thing and he was already transforming back from the shock of the impact in that panel. Don't get me wrong, it's still not handled great and the robot arm becoming flesh doesn't make a great deal of sense, but I'm not quite ready to call it outright an error.

Okay yeah the arm makes no sense on any level. And it's not like Oda's usually all that scared of decent size corrections. Hopefully this comes up and gets at least a bullshit handwave in a future SBS.

Absolutely a matter of printing quality. The amount of detail you can see in the physical books is leagues ahead of even the resolution of both the English and Japanese digital releases (both of which aren't great, let's be honest), let alone how the scanlations look.

It is very noticeable that the magazine printing is not very good, but it's still surprising that the lines can look so much better just because of the printing quality.

It isn't a glove but a mechanical arm. In chapter 946, Queen's brachiosaur form randomly loses and regains his mechanical arm within the same event:

He's first smashed into the ground by Big Mom while having the arm.

Inmediately later he's grabbed and shaken by her in a panel in which he doesn't have the arm.

As he's thrown to the wall he has the arm again.
This is just one of the two huge mistakes Oda makes when drawing this character. The other one is that he constantly forgets to draw the moustache. In one panel he has it, in other he doesn't. It literally appears and disappears while headbutting Big Mom. And it doesn't just happen in Zoan form. So odds are it isn't a glove but a mechanical arm (Queen seems to be into technology too, after all, and it would make sense for him to be a cyborg) and Oda just forgets how to draw his character just like with the moustache.

I wonder if this is some kind of foreshadow about what new powers usopp and franky will give to raid suit sanji once they work on it. Like franky will give it a barrel roll move finisher, usopp will give him lightning attacks guns something.

Sanji already seems to be using rolling attack as finisher against Luffy on Whole Cake Island and against Page 1 during Wano.
