which Digimon series do you like?
I like fist series, and Digimon Tamers the best in my opinion
also theres a rumour that theres going to be a 5th, and 6th season, so I'm wandering how that will turn out…. you could also talk about the movies here if you want, or should I make a seperate poll?
anyways I would like to hear people comments, or opinions on the series, or movies
My personal favourite is the first series. One of my favourite series today still. Everything after it seemed to spiral downwards, bring new hopes for a little, but still spiral downwards.
Though Tamers has a neat opening song. And Gillmon's great.
I never got to see Frontier (so I can't comment on it), but I want to someday. Some of the Digimon designs looked cool, from what I saw on the internet.
I'm a fan of the second series, which is my personal favorite.
Of course, I also liked the first series a lot…and I thought Tamers was cool too. Digimon was always one of my favorites....

first series was great, my fav. arcs in the series were the:
Myotismon Arc
Dark Master Arc
those arcs were great, I only saw the series dubbed…. well I guess most ppl did :P
If I could i'd like to find the whole series subbed... all of 1st series I mean
I liked the first series, i couldn't stand anything after it.
I loved the first two and hated all the others. 02… probably wasn't that great either, but the fact that it incorporated the old characters into it made it really fun. Plus I just liked Miyako... you know, when she wasn't wearing her hideous Digital World outfit.

Oh yea, teen Takeru all the way! :wub: Ken wasn't that bad, but from the new characters, I was more fond of Daisuke. It must be the goggles… ^_^

Well I still like the theme songs too and the story was great. Though I cant say the same for the rest (I dont really like them).
I used to like Frontier the most, but when I actually sat down to watch Tamers I realized that it WAS the best.
Great story, a climax that didn't suck…and the coolest character ever Beelzemon. It had it all, and I enjoyed watching it all again.

Simply, I enjoy all the digimon series about equally. Each season had interesting and cool characters (01 had Koushirou and Hikari, 02 Ken, Tamers Impmon, and Frontier Kouichi) and plots lightyears beyond other series of the genre.
If I had to choose, the one freshest in my memory is Frontier (watched it all fansubed,) so that's the one I'd pick.
I saw Digimon Frontier all fansubbed too, I thought it was good

D2 and DTamers are also cool, but DFrontier has nothing to do with D! <_< I hate it! 
i watched the first series very long time ago…i think that is better than 2 ,3,4 ...the 3rd series is getting ridiculous(seriously) it's like getting to be letting kids watch ..= ='' ..those 2,3,4 digimon fans,don't get mad on me lol...and i think 4 is 100% ridiculous,changing into a monster,that's kinda stupid ...i watched all digimon 1..i like those last part..fighting stronger monster...2 i watched only those last part ..3??i watched only 2 episdoes(by accidently!)4 ,i watched 3 or 4 episdoes(by accident!!)
I pick the first series.
i liked the first one the most, the others seemed like they were trying too hard. with their armor evolution, and dna stuff. give me the original series anyday, where they weren't afraid to kill the other monsters. and they died cool too, with the pixelation thing they did. plus the first series had the best movies too with diablomon and that short 15 min one with taichi and hikari.
I can't choose between Tamers & Frontier. They're both my favourite.
However, I'm gonna have to go more towards Tamers :D
I wish they would make more Digimon series, instead of stopping at Frontier. This time with more mature characters and more deeper story as well as ending, I kinda feel like these two elements are missing from every Digimon series.

I like it because it has a good argument and characters. The other are more boring in my opinion

02. I used to be utterly obsessed. (And I loved Wormmon).
They stopped playing Digimon on Non-Cable TV after 02. I mean, they played a few eps of Tamers and then just… stopped. And they never showed the ending of 02 either :(
I like the 1st and 2nd ones most. My favorite is the 1st. All the rest are crap!(for me at least)

There actually is a movie called Digital Monsters X Evolution. It aired in Japan last month(as far as I can remember) and you can download it here, as well as the complete 4th season and some episodes from the 1st and 2nd ones!
Tamers was the best, but they were all good, too.
damn…. I missed the last few eps. of Tamers, and I still haven't seen them... for some reason the video goes from Dukemon about to go Crimson Mode, then it jumps to the end of the last eps...... I have no idea what happen during the recording
but my fav movie was the runaway digimon express, the last Tamers movie, if I said that before I apologize, but it's true, my fav out of all the others

Definitely Tamers. Its probably the first anime series that I really got into. I love it for its surprisingly dark storyline and character development (both human and Digimon). I also find the backstory on the events leading up to the series extremely interesting, as they're based on actual events.

wolf wack productions fansubbed the first 3 eps. I believe, I'm hoping they'll fansub more, If they sub the whole series that'd be great
I like the first series and Digimon Tamers because they were the most original. The Fronteir and Digimon 02 series seemed like rehashings of the first series and Digimon 01 and Tamers seemed more original. Also the first Three movies. (The first two which they spliced together to make the US version of the movie and the third one. I think it was called "Houfuku no Diablomon" or "Diablomon's Revenge". It was never released in America but had the charchters from Digimon 02.
And they never showed the ending of 02 either
Actually they did. O_O It must have been the lamest ending I have ever seen in my entire life. I don't know if it was because of the dub or… what.
There was a site that said perfectly how I felt about the whole thing. I can't find it though, but it's probably for the best because it contained a fair amount of cussing. :rolleyes:
I like them in this order:
Adventures 01 (All the arcs were cool)
Frontier (new theme and nakedness :D )Highlight
Tamers (change in digivolving)
Ad. 02 (just did not like it)
