Gawain is totally Merlin's test tube baby using Escanor as template.! That thought hadn't occurred to me. She does look kinda like Merlin, and maybe "making" a baby with Escanor could be part of Merlin's way of acknowledging him.

Arthur may be king, but even in the legends Lancelot was said to be the better warrior. But Mordred is still the one who killed him, I'm waiting for him to show up.

I cannot find much to complain about this. The art looks great, the fight is engaging, everything is by-the-books but it‘s done fine.

Also I wonder how Percival will be handle from now on. He seems to be the weakest of the 4 knights for now even if his magic power has potential for growth. And the serie has been centered around him so far -

The Arthurian legends are a giant jumbled mess of poems, stories, tales, and maybe a tiny bit of history? Le Morte d' Arthur by Thomas Malory is the one most people think of, but he's actually one of the latest. It goes way back before that.

I really like how he draws body horror. His action sequences are always so clean, too. But I think it hurts a bit the cliffhangers when the Big Bad was trumpled most of the chapter...
