VIZ Print Volume Subtitles: Wano

Folks will be happy to know that they FINALLY changed the subtitles on the volume, beginning with volume 90. I’m happy for the change, but still irked that 30 volumes are called the “New World” arc. I would’ve preferred they all be named originally (Fishman Island, Punk Hazard, Deessrosa, Zao, tottoland), or at the very least the “Big Mom Arc.” I also hate how the logo and number colors stay the same for each arc, and the new colors they’ve picked for Wano aren’t much better than the old ones.

I was honestly fine with what they had previously. The New World header and the gold color were neutral enough to work just fine for all the timeskip volumes IMO.

This is a welcome change, and it really helps build up Wano as something special. I'd still love to see a reprint that cuts New World down into smaller sagas sometime in the future, but this is more than enough to start with.

That’s annoying, but I’m more irked by the forced color schemes/changes.

On one hand I love that it’s finally been changed, on the other I wish it had been done sooner, and on the third I wish it was never done at all. At least now we’ll definitely get st least one more change.

If they were going to be inconsistent with the Arc naming on the volumes they would have been better off just to leave that off
