This will be the first and last trailer i'll watch for this movie. But it was nice, showed everyone looking cool and all. Didn't reveal too much. Now i'll just lean back and wait totally patient for this movie …

Ditto. Guess they ran out of different hairstyles that would be flattering to her so they went with a color change instead. Me no likey.
Hoping that Cap's replacement shield is going to be dual-layered so that if he's ever stuck behind it in an intense firefight, he can detach a secondary shield from the first one, and throw that while still using the original to defend, so he's not trapped perpetually in defense mode.

Nah they just went with a gimmick that was apart of the comics though of course they have to make changes to the original gimmick.

Cap gets stuck behind the shield occasionally but between the fact the guys shooting at him don't have endless ammo to keep firing at him and that his combat training lets him adapt and change tactics on the fly making this idea kind of moot…..to say nothing of Chintzy.

If the lighting makes the characters' makeup look inaccurate… they should change the lighting... or improve the makeup.

I guess it is earlydays… they might change the contrast and palette up, or it might just be the one scene. I won't be happy if it stays that way though, especially since they got his skin colour so right in the first after-credits scene.

You look at the big teaser poster and they clearly went that route just to help seperate her from the dozens of characters in this. Scarlett witch obviously has to stay red, so Widow gets to change her color. They may or may not have a lot of scenes together but somewhere along the way we're going to have everyone all at once and at that point, with so many characters in black clothes, having a bright blonde is going to help pop her out from the crowd.
Almost everyone has dark hair and black outfits now, so…

Thanos looks fine. Honestly, I've watched this trailer about 200 times, freeze framing it sometimes and My sister and I can't stop fangirling about it.
Infinity Gauntlet was her first comic she EVER read, and last year she met George Pérez and got him to sign her copy of Infinity Gauntlet #1. This is kindof a big deal for us. Hype levels are at maximum over here.

It looks to be just lighting.
I don't care either way, Brolin seems to be doing a great performance from what little we've seen, so I'm more than pleased with how Thanos is turning out in general.

I'll chalk it up as lighting. Kinda like when you make a character in Dragon Age Inquistion and you're only seeing your character in a weird green void during creation. But when you're out you look way different due to the lighting change lol.

Not really though
The light source is also important. The only scenes we got of before the Infinity War Trailer is in the dark of space, and at the end of Avengers when he's in a room with artificial light behind him. We are from the perspective of the dark box the glove was in so we were looking at the shadowy side anyway, but it's still artificial light.
Look at something under a fluorescent light, then a new fangled LED light, then under the actual sun.
The types of light sources are very different and give off a different feel. The light source he was under in Age of Ultron's post credits scene was a white artificial light while the one on the planet in Infinity War clearly has an orange glow to it.
I googled "Natural vs. Artificial light" and got some very good examples:

We have only ever seen Thanos in the Dark and on the shadowed side of him while under artificial light. Infinity War is him under natural light on a planet where there seems to be an orange glow.
the light orange glow on his purple skin results in a slightly redder or pinkish tone. This is normal. This is the CG artists doing their jobs and representing the lighting correctly when they render.

Yeah, Infinity Gauntlet is one of the best Marvel stories ever made. Josh Brolin has said in an interview that is also what his motivations are in the MCU* too.
*Don't click this link if you don't want spoilersThis makes me super super excited. I expect this movie is going to be a mostly original take on Thanos Quest, the series where he GETS the Infinity Gems, and the sequel is going to be based more directly on Infinity Gauntlet.
I honestly think it'd be perfect if this one ends on:

Black Widow's hair is great. Rrrr!. In the last one she has long red hair, I don't think long fits her. It's different also, which is nice. It's nice when characters change looks. Steve is certainly not gonna color his hair, he's got a beard. Although I do prefer Thor with longer hear. Looks more menacing.
Thanos looks great and sound great but I just, I really really hope, that he doesn't go out like a bitch, like Loki and Ultron did. Humiliated, pathetic, negotiating like a little wimp. Slapped around by Hulk like all the others. And make him a character, and not just a villain for the heroes to unite under. Make him relatable, if possible. Give him a tragic backstory, if there is one. When he dies, make me feel something, damnit Marvel!

I think that the story is split into two movies. I believe the second part will air in 2019
If anything, they'll just all get swamped in Avengers 3, then will "train" and defeat Thanos in the 4th movie.Unless I'm missing something

That'd be neat but there's no way they're ending on THAT cliffhanger for a solid year. Maybe if they were going to be 4 months apart. Also considering Captain Marvel and Ant Man 2 take place between Avengers 3 and 4 it seems unlikely. (Along with the fact they've renamed 4 to some yet unknown thing)
Yet given they announced the two at the same time and how BIG this needs to be… its reeeally tough to know what they're gonna do.

I FINALLY saw Thor. While I was dying laughing (if anything they tried TOO hard to be funny sometimes), I think it can be summed up in two words: "Get Help."
