Well at the very least we know he will appear again, since I assume lots of the big mom plot threads will be addressed either in this arc or Elbaf we have to find out what happened to him
plus we’ve never seen his Zoan hybrid form or his true Suulong form or a Zoan turtle mink lion hybrid in Suulong form
But my guess is now that he betrayed big mom he might join carrot as a member of the nox pirates as a member of The Straw Hats Grand Fleet

Lots of characters are going to show up again. And we haven't seen the various zoan or sulong forms for lots of zoan users and minks. Nox pirate for sure, but I don't get why either of those things would suggest he's a potential crewmate.

I like Carrot, even was Team Carrot joining the crew. But now I see her having the same chances Paulie had back in Enies Lobby. First we get a rather interesting approach, then the character is set to play a secondary role.

The only characters I like are Streussen, Orochi and Charlotte Madara. I doubt that means any of them will join. I don't understand how that "who i'd prefer" logic applies for nakama possibilities

Wait those are the only characters in the entire series you care about?! First of all those characters are like second tier in terms of character development or importance to the plot or even likability, hell outside of Orochi the other two have done close to nothing the entire series, even in there arc
And why are you still reading the series if you don't like any of the main characters there companions or even there villains?

He bonded with Luffy, "sacrificed" himself for Luffy, he betrayed a Yonkou for Luffy .
He can't control his Sulong-form yet, Luffy is the perfect reason for Pekoms to overcome his weakness and gain control over Sulong.And of course this:

At the very least he has a cool design that looks better than the other characters on the list, he has places to go with his power needing to be mastered and forms unseen and he has to eventually reappear to bring closure to the plot
And he kind of bonded with Luffy (okay that's a bit of a stretch)
And he'd be another race represented in Luffy's crew (which is also true if he joins the grand fleet)
Granted chances of him joining are extremely thin

It's just a comparison taking into account the role of both characters in a connected saga. Both of them have a protagonist role in the first arc, while they are less important than the landscape in the second. I liked the synergy between Carrot and the band, so I wanted her to join, but it's just illogical.

Claiming that you've won just by mentioning some imaginary moments that you think somehow highlight Carrot as a SH isn't particularly something to brag about. Particularly when you have spend more time saying that you have proved something somehow instead of actually proving anything. And even then, it's been ripped apart and shat on like crazy.
I mean I find all Carrot arguments to be complete garbage and been-there-done-that type deal but even by those standards, your posts tends to be reaching some new lows.

Paulie was a serious contender back in the day. Granted, that was before Franky really got screentime, but most people initially assumed he'd be the guy and that held for a long while. The community was pretty evenly split at the time.
That should have gone out the window the moment Franky's flashback started, and it REALLY should have been out when he was in a color spread listed as a Strawhat, but that's how it goes.

Ah, yes the collage of entire Carrot's moments across 50+ chapters…...compare to other characters who received just as much, if not more, moments.
Though you forgot to post one for Law or Kinemon or Momo or Hachi or Camie or any other character that spend time with the crew lol.
But cherry-picking and ignoring all the other examples and choosing to believe that a mere generic bunny character SH worth material when she, in her so called role that is rather basic, ended up failing to do even that much, is a good choice.

because Oda had Luffy promise us 10 members on the very first chapter, and Black Beard has 10 members to, and I remember something about Oda saying he wanted to have 11 members like a Soccer team in some interview

Hiyori would be interesting and I think would be fun personality wise but I don't think she really has any fighting ability. Carrot is probably the most likely out of those in the poll but at the same time the crew members so far have all had their individual talents that added to the crew. What does Carrot really have outside of just being able to fight? I can't even really think of any more positions off the top of my head that need to be filled. And while Jinbei's the helmsman I'm pretty sure (if he ends up officially joining the crew and being on the ship) that job is already done by Chopper most of the time.

I'm conflicted on that. Luffy's original promise and the number of BB's crew makes me think we're still gonna get 10, plus Oda's original height chart sketches have conveniently missing gaps where someone was erased (Jinbe obviously, but room for one more still) but Oda's intent to speed up to get the end makes that a little tougher to judge. Oda's having trouble juggling the characters he has and Kaidou was always kind of the last obvious stop for a newbie. and if there's really only 5 years left that not so much time and really if we need that extra we can always just put Vivi forward and say she trained during the tiemskip..
But if its actually 8-10 then there's still plenty of room. Pick up a unconventional viking from Elbaf, pick someone up from random island we don't know about yet (there's gotta be at least one more surprise locale) , Davy Back someone out of Shank's crew, someone they find at Raftel, something. There's still time and space to get one ore but it needs to be soonish because it IS getting to the endgame now and getting the last member during the world war doesn't work..
I can easily see a situation where when Franky joined, we had (at the time) gone a full half the series without a new member, and then just a week later Brook showed up.
