I bought the movie dub digitally. I try not to hate on the dub because it's just gonna be a different flavor than the sub no matter what, but Bullet's voice is so ridiculously deep it sounds like something from None Piece or some other parody video.
Anyways, this post is not about my opinion on the dub. Rather, I saw the post-credits scene for the first time and was intrigued upon hearing a couple of familiar lines. Lines that appeared in the manga five months after Stampede came out.
Just thought it was pretty neat. Unless Roger said this earlier in the manga and I forgot.

Exactly.
It also revealed the proper spelling of “Laugh Tale” + the Worst Generation’s ships.
What else did this film reveal that fans simply have overlooked?
I make some predictions earlier in the thread — check them out.

Anyone has any ideas where a next movie would go after this? Feels like it would be super hard to top Bullet, who was more or less a Emperor in terms of power. And anyone stronger than Emperor level would be jumping the shark.

I'm expecting a Void Century moon man or something by the time the story's done.

After an old age pirate like Shiki, a former admiral like Z, an underworld master like Tesoro and a former Roger pirate like Bullet, there're really few chara types free yet. Also, the movies often resembles the parallel story arc in the anime with few exceptions: Shiki when Luffy was at Impel Down, Z when Marines returned on stage at PH, Tesoro when we hade Doflamingo. The only exception was Bullet, but even there you came see Roger being bring back with Oden's stuff.
If we'll still be at Wano, the movie will probably be around some legendary samurai who left Wano 20 years ago (maybe some Ryuma disciple).
Otherwise I can pull some different ideas: a legendary bounty hunter who once almost captured Roger, the former CP0 elite member before Lucci, a warmonger king trying to declare war to world (in reference to Levely?), maybe a ferocious legendary giant warrior if we'll be around Elbaf.
If they keep the pace, the next movie will be around 2022-23, so - if Oda really wish to close the story in four years - it will probably be the last one before the unavoidable post mortem one (like Boruto), so they'll put even more effort than Stampede in it.

Is there any scan of the Volume 10089? I'm searching it here and there without results.

It seems Toei Corp registered the domain onepiece-film.jp so it possible we will have a new One Piece Film soon (probably in 2022 to celebrate One Piece 25th Anniversary).

I finally saw this movie a couple of months ago and it's one of my favorite OP movies.
It feels very much like a Dragon Ball movie, which are great. It assumes you know the main characters, so it quickly presents a simple reason for them to be roaming around that part of the sea, while showing a bit of their interactions and personalities, and then it jumps into cool action scenes right away. It gives the viewer a few connections to the OP universe, in this case a former Roger Pirates member and Level 6 escapee, and it just tries to entertain you for an our and a half with a simple plot and great action, and entertain me it did.
It's like an arc condensed into a movie, except unlike the Arabasta and Drum recap movies it doesn't have to worry about missing a fan favorite scene since it's an original story. Will watch again, even if I felt they went too extreme on the second part,
! I felt like there wasn't a reason for Bullet to transform into the whole freaking island, he was already menacing enough as mecha dinossaur thingy. Like, if had simply stayed a big robot instead the final fight would be more exciting and fun. If he's an island it feels just like punching a big mound of dirt.
And it's a shame we didn't get to see his bounty for hype, but I guess the movie came out around the time Luffy was being "promoted" to emperor and Oda wanted to save some things for his actual comic book -
Finally saw this movie.
Sure is a Dragon Ball movie in the One Piece skin.
Which is not necessarily a bad thing, but also not necessarily a good thing.
I think the biggest strength it has is that it is a Sakuga fest. All of the characters at least get one or two cool scenes. But what it did try to do in terms of narrative was pretty shallow.
The kicker is that I think it takes inspiration from the Dragon Ball movies, but I think it takes inspiration from the worst of the Dragon Ball movies.
Not Battle of Gods or even Super Broly, which I think have a narrative with at least some meaning inside them, but more like Resurrection of F or the Z Broly movies.
It's not as dumb as the Z Broly stuff and not as flat and sort of soulless as RoF, but it's just as simple as those movies.
One good thing about it taking inspiration from the DB movies is that I think it does a good job at keeping things moving. I was never waiting around for something to happen and that's what I think most DB movies do well. Some do end up dragging at points, but the movies generally avoid the trap the anime series falls into.
Other than that I think it basically took the series and broke it down to the most simplest level it could. Bullet is a simpler version of Shiki, Z and Tesoro combined with none of the fun or soul. Friendship won the day and in line with his character and his moment in Sabaody, Luffy broke the log pose at the end. Which is one potential plot hole about getting to Laugh Tale (still the worst name) addressed.
It was very shallow, but I wasn't bored by it. So I think I'd put it at being an okay movie overall.
I think movie 6, Z and Gold remain my top 3 OP movies.

Hiiiii! Sorry to necrobump this (and others OP FILM threads) but I was wondering if anyone here has some link, or another way to access, Oda's sketches from the movie. I tried to search online but most of the things I came across (on Pinterest, zerochan, etc) were with really crap quality, so I decided to try here. Thanks in advance!
