The only issue I have with the movie is the fact that all the Supernovas are gonna fight against Bullet, making the "Supernovas vs Kaido" theory not happening. Maybe the fight against Bullet is to foreshadow that the final fight of Wano is indeed Supernovas vs Kaido, but I think the hype will be reduced when the fight occurs.

Obviously hard to make out (intentionally so), but process of elimination and comparing the lower loop to the clear "3" shown on Robin's poster in the upper left of the same shot leaves me strongly inclined to say Bullet has a bounty of 5 billion.
could be a 3 also. Either way, some insane shit, and pretty apt considering that’s roughly the bounty worth that’s going to be required to take him down.

Because the idea that is used in a movie can't be used in the manga?
What?

There's a little mark along the edge of the tear directly above the endpoint of the lower loop. While it may simply be part of the tear itself, in which case it means basically nothing, if it's part of the number instead, then it sticks out too far to be the middle section of a 3, at least compared to the three in Robin's bounty in the same shot.
That's what leads me to think it's a "5" instead.
-

What?
Didn't you read correctly? I said that the fight against Bullet is a foreshadow to the fight against Kaido, so it's possible that the fight will go in a similar scheme(the only supernovas that won't be present are Bonney and possibly Capone). It's just that the hype will be reduced.

That's like saying that Luffy Vs Sakazuki is ruined because of One Piece Film Z.
From far that I know, Kaido's confrontation will be from a year at the most least.

I think you guys are mixing Bullet's poster with the one that's below it (that you can see because of the tear). Only 8 digits and part of another are visible on his poster. At least that's how it looks to me.
EDIT:
-
Yeah, when you watch the actual video, you can see the whole poster (albeit upside-down) at 0:48, and it certainly looks to me as well like there are only two commas in the number, and nine digits (i.e. in the hundred-millions range). Can't tell what the front number is; maybe a 4 (400 million) or a 7 (700 million)?

Nah, that's the same shot with the tear.
The truth is we can't really know if there's only one digit before the 8 zeros or if there's one more.

One Piece Stampede - A dream team at the battle line

Anybody else noticed miss monday, mr. 9 and their baby in the trailer?
-
same same same same same trailer nothing new. lol
-
So apparently this movie romanized "Raftel" to "Laugh Tale"
???
-
Nonononononononononooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!
-
True.
Stated by Greg.
-
I…actually think Laugh Tale is pretty cool? It fits with Roger and Luffy plus its status as the ultimate island in the One Piece world.
Now, Toei is even worse at writing english words than Oda is so I wouldn't put too much stock if it's only in the movie.

As in a tall tale, as in One Piece doesn't exist and is simply a prank.
-
Man, all the merchandising to this movie makes me miss the times when the Strawhats were the protagonists of One Piece.
-
I'm not reading or watching anything! Not untill I watch it in English dub or sub when it comes out on DVD

Finished watching Stampede 2 hours ago
As one of the film staffs mentioned on Twitter, Stampede reminds me of Dead End Adventure in 2003.
Like Dead End, some characters say the same line we've already seen in manga, which is a bit disappointing, but it may be inevitable considering Oda's involvement in Stampede is smaller than former OP films.Action scenes are awesome. Some sakuga staffs worked in Dragon Ball Super Broly.
About music, as Greg said in his review, the scene where "We Are!" is aired is kinda off. lolOrder of my favorite OP film would be Film Z > Strong World > Stampede= Gold.
By the way, it seems 5ch spoiler summary that I posted earlier has a mistake.. For example,
! - Bullet hints a new aspect of Devil Fruit that manga has not mentioned yet
! This was not mentioned in the film, if I remember corectly. -
Can someone do a review with spoilers? I want to know how Bullet uses his DF powers, what are Moderate's and Anne's role in the movie and if she gets to showcase her DF's powers.
Also, some more juicy details, since I'll probably forget most of them by the time we get a decent quality release in the internet realm anyway
-
Thanks Scotch:happy:
-
Seeing it in a couple hours, hoping for a big fat One Piece movie.

If you have the booklet with Bullet’s story can you give it to us please ? -
Thanks Sandman
If you have the booklet with Bullet’s story can you give it to us please ?Sorry Rivaille, I'd like to post a simple summary about Bullet instead of posting those pics since it'd be dangerous.
The story of Bullet is written in detail in Volume Expo (10089). Here is a short version.
I'm kinda skeptical about the story of Bullet being fully "created" by Oda, though.! At the age of 15, Bullet fought Roger several times, but he kept losing.
Bullet belonged to Roger Pirates when he was 15-18 years old.
His strength was equal to Rayleigh according to Buggy.
After he lost in the final fight against Roger, he left the ship.
When he wae 19 years old, he fought Crocodile and neither of them won. (Surprising!)
When he was 22 years old, Bullet fought Marines including Sengoku and Garp who were summoned by Buster Call. He fought fiercely, but several pirates Bullet defeated before also joined the battle between Bullet and Marines. Bullet was finally captured and sent to Impel Down.
Bullet kept training hard in the prison.
His strength reached its prime when he was 43 years old.
At the age of 45, Bullet fights Luffy in the film.
! Japanese audience are impressed that apparently Bullet's current strength goes beyond prime Rayleigh. -

The summary is largely sufficient, thanks a lot as always! His story is quite…weird:wassat:
I mean that in the promo they said that he was first a marine then a Pirate. That mean he was in the marine before the age of 15:blink:
At 19 years old he was as strong as Ray and Sir Crocodile was able to tango with him (which means that sir Crocodile was, at on point, strong enough to tango with Prime Ray while having no haki whatsoever:blink::blink:)
At 19 year old he was as strong as Prime rayleigh but it took him 21 years old of hard training to reach his prime:blink::blink::blink:
So either he is a early bloomer with a low progression rate or the prison trainin was not that good :ninja:
! So yeah i doubt Oda wrote that and that Bullet will be canon (which is a shame for me because i love his design and DF). -

! Thank you for the kind words, mate
! >! Well, nope. It was not stated Bullet was Marine. The promo just said he was a soldier.
According to Volume Expo, he worked as a soldier in a military country called Gultzberg when he was around 1-14 years old.

Fangirls gonna ship Law and Croc after this movie lol
Just got out, it’s really fun. It’s not the best imo but is probably the most fun and rewatchable? sort of like the Fast and Furious franchise in that it’s very conscious of what it is—a ONE PIECE all star action dominated movie. They go all out to squeeze so many people in so some characters don’t get as much shine, but I appreciated that they limited the “we need to explain so and so to a new audience” stuff as much as possible.
And yeah if you’re a Croc fanboy like me you’ll love it regardless, in pro wrestling terms he gets put over big lol

! Yeah, it says Bullet escaped from Impel Down when Luffy and Blackbeard intruded.
! In the film, there is a scene where Blackbeard is surprised to see Bullet in Impel Down Level 6. -
