I didnt actually see a topic set up about this so thought id make one myself.
This suggests some sort of announcement, not sure what though… im guessing a new movie?
Throughout this month, we will be testing new features (like search) so you may experience some hiccups from time to time. We'll try to not be too disruptive...

Probably a new movie, but who knows.

They usually announce a new movie about a year prior to the theatrical release.
If they're planning to stick to July again, then it would make sense to announce the next film around that time.The fact that July 23rd is the same date when Film Gold opened adds more credence to a new movie announcement.

I hope Oda keeps to work on them. Also they could use the Straw Hat Fleet this time.

Well, it could be a new movie. But we just got one less than 2 years ago, and there was a 5 year gap between Z and Gold. I don't think there will be a new movie just now. Oda also said is very tiring to work on these movies. I do think we'll have a new movie, but not now. It could be about the live action series.

I kinda want a spin off movie about the villians, Doffy Family or Big Mom Pirates would be nice.
I was hoping for manga spin off of them but considering Oda is extremely busy with the canon, a movie would be a nice alternative.
