This feels like a cross of DBZ with the custom character and j stars
But I like the moves of zoro and seiya so far…

Saw a custom character fight (Mari suezumaki-uchiha), she had Rasengan, Spirit gun, Pegasus meteor and the spirit bomb, and did all of them perfectly, will check more of them to see how they do Luffy's stuff, but as Luffy is the only one trully dependant on his altered body to do the specials, this could mean a block for Korosensei getting in, as how unnatural would be for some rando to change their arm into a flower/Tentacle/beam shooting thing.

I have to say, battle damage bought me over, it gives intensity to the battle.
I find it funny how most of the included villains aren't the final boss, but the memorable arc boss. Frieza, Aizen, Younger Toguro, Hisoka.
Well, Hisoka is more like a friendly dangerous antagonist, that people don't give Buu or Sensui enough of a chance, and that YWashch.. I want to see him just to break Ichigo's sword in his strongest attack.

This poor man's Jiren, who is a Poor's man Pikkon, who is a poor's man Picollo, is the villain.
Better than generic shadow of your character, worse than Dr Mashirito piloting a Jump pirate mecha.

Yes it is a part of the past logos, but that's kinda the point, they're using an element of the established logo and add on it to make a reference, of course that's if the reveal will be Fist of the north star.
If I have to guess, they'll hide the reveal Raoh just like how they didn't reveal Saga in the Saint Seiya trailer, and they'll instead showcase Ken + an ally, which will likely be Rei but could also be Toki, or maybe it's someone else, we'll have to wait and see.

I can't think of any Jump character associated with France.
The only one that comes to mind is Jean Pierre Polnareff from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, although the stars in the image around the logo make me think it could be Kenshiro and Raoh from Fist of the North Star.

I'm not sure; a lot of characters from this seem to be based on J. Stars Victory Versus, albeit with a change in art style. Meanwhile, if Arc System Works made an anniversary game, the characters (aside from the DBZ ones, likely) would have to be made from scratch.
Plus, if other fighting games are any indication, there'd be about 20-25 characters at best.

Well, turns out I'm wrong, the two forces that join together are from different shows.
They actually hinted at Ryo (City Hunter) in the same tweet that teased Kenshiro (FotNS), with what appeared to be the iconic hummer at the top of the Eiffel tower. I noticed it, but just couldn't believe that this was really the case since he isn't a super powered "hero" character, glad I was wrong tho.
With his inclusion the likes of Cat's Eye, Cobra and other less fantastical manga aren't that far fetched anymore. -

Against who would that thing be effective? Like… Ken? I never read FotNS but it is the only one that I'm not 100% certain that can put some aura/strong enough to pasivelly block/made of rubber/fire/Darkness.
Oh, it would work on Blackbeard. And Yugi and Light. Zoro and Sanji execution style, but not in combat.
Kenshiro would only be left out by weird legal issues.

Had a go on this and the My Hero Academia game at MCM a few days ago. They're basically the same game with different rosters. This one played a little better than the MHA as there were prompts on how to do the special moves on this one.

That and I'm pretty sure the Arc System comment that .access timeco was replying to probably meant for a game like FighterZ specifically. Maybe I'm wrong.
They probably meant that, yes. So I pointed out the game in development as a way of saying just because it is made by Arc Systems it doesn't mean it is going to be like FighterZ.
I say that because I decided to finally watch Kill la Kill because I found out about the game and was expecting something just like FighterZ. After finally finishing the series I went to take a look at the game's trailer and…But it maybe not being developed by them would make sense.
