What are thr shots that WG will capture vivi and shirahoshi now and luffy will have to go rescue them. Maybe this is the incident was said the grand fleet will be involved in.
And this is also the luffy, dragon, garp reunion and vegapunk introduction and his new weapon that replaces warlords.. But when will it be? For sure after wano, but after elbaf too or before that? His deal with bm doesn't seem to be something luffy can escape from for too long.
While I have little doubt that the events of this arc will have major repercussions down the road and presumably set the course that the World Government will be on for the remainder of the series, I get the impression it's also rather…self-contained, in a fashion. I can see character death (Cobra, most likely) or the breaking/reevaluation of allegiances, but I don't really foresee lasting imprisonment or anything of that nature. Capturing Vivi or Shirahoshi would, in my mind, be something akin to a reprisal of Ace's capture pre-Timeskip or Sanji's abduction by Big Mom - a situation where the Strawhats (or at least a subset of them) would immediately drop everything the moment they become aware of it and go break them out. With Totland having centered on exactly that same type of scenario and with the absolutely MASSIVE Wano arc looming on the horizon, I don't feel like we have the room for that kind of side-trek at present.
That's part of the reason I feel that Vivi is the WG's most likely target (of the four Imu seemed to be considering). Shirahoshi, for all her subtle strength, is still largely a classic "damsel in distress" who can't really fight for herself yet. By contrast, I can see Vivi, with the right motivation, pulling another "Ms. Wednesday" and taking action on her own - up to and including either joining the Revolutionaries or, ideally, rejoining the Strawhats - to do what she feels needs to be done. With the Revolutionaries and Grand Fleet members present, I feel the Strawhat allies have enough cover for any who need to escape to do so, but between Vivi and Shirahoshi, I feel Vivi's the only one who truly could make the attempt.
