Aside from a typo that gave an EX character the wrong number and was later corrected, no, the numbers don't change. Characters don't get two numbers, and they don't share numbers either.
I'd be pretty disappointed if they switched up that system at this point.

Where can I find pictures or scans or whatever of One Piece Vivre Cards in Japanese? I've only seen screenshots of translations or just random places where the information from them is extracted and translated into English (like Library of Ohara). Would I just have to buy them, or is there somewhere online I could see them. I really don't think they're worth actually paying money for and I do know English but given the amount of revisions and purported translation errors I'd just much prefer to read them in Japanese. Most of the little tidbits like bounties and whatnot are fine but the bios and stuff like that I'd much prefer to be able to read in Japanese.

Looks like Oda's art from the first two binders was originally one big image, as seen here in a promo for the volume 100 celebrations.
Looks like it, or at least a print of it, is a prize in some kind of giveaway that presumably can't be entered from outside Japan. Shame, I wish I could have it.

I almost want there to be two Kaido cards somehow. Maybe a second one with art of his hybrid form and his backstory after we get it.
See, I've been ordering my binder with the order of appearance numbers except for the double-ups, which go at the start of the relevant arc/flashback. It is going to be a little painful with all the Supernovas and the Scabbards having new cards at the start of the Wano binder while Kaido only appears in numerical order back in Dressrosa.

I do expect some of the Numbers with their actual height described, I got the impression that none actually surpasses Oar's height

I don't know if someone else has already brought this up, but going over the Wano EX cards there are no entries for some of the Gifters, mainly the ones residing in Bakura Town or the guards at Udon. It doesn't seem like they're doing a Beasts Pirates EX card like they did with the Whitebeard pack. It's seems likely that the Shinuchi who defected to the alliance (like Speed and Babanuki) will likely be featured in the New Generation pack (to make room for some other characters in the Beasts Pirates pack).

If there is another Luffy (and possibly Zoro) card it'll likely contain update information revealed during the Luffy, Zoro, Law, Kid, and Killer vs. Kaido and Big Mom fight. Such as Luffy being able to infuse Conqueror's Haki into his attacks or that Zoro can use Conqueror's Haki.

Good catch on the Gifters. I wonder if all the Emperors will manage to get their own EX sets. Shanks and Blackbeard don't seem like they have a lot of mook level guys. Kind of a shame the crew-specific EX cards don't get the crew's colour and only go with the generic light blue.
And while I'm in the thread, what's with Shueisha being so slow with the cover reveals this month? We're barely more than a week out from release and there's no covers here, no high quality image of volume 100's cover and nothing about which series is getting colour volumes in September. Hope this doesn't become the norm.

I think the reason why the Whitebeard Pirates got their own EX card was due fact that their pack only had five characters from that crew who got their own cards (Newgate, Ace, Marco, Jozu, and Vista). While the rest of the pack was three of their allies (Jinbe, Oars Jr., and Squard), the Hancock Sisters, Sabo, and Sterry.
Currently the Beasts Pirates has the least amount characters with cards (two, until the their pack is released), but after that the Red Hair Pirates will the be Emperor crew with the least amount of character cards at four, not counting alternate cards (such as Shanks at a younger age).

- Drake history involving Sengoku suggesting he's SWORD-tied too

It was confirmed in Chapter 996 that Yamato could at least use armament haki:
I do expect it to reveal that they can use observation haki, but I will be surprised if it also reveals they can Conqueror's as well.
It's likely the All-Stars and the rest of the Tobiroppo are all Haki users, since that seems to be a theme with the strongest members of an Emperor's crew. Also it would be kinda weird of the those below the top three strongest fighters to possess the ability to use it but not them.
Also Caribou's cover story did confirm that Drake was an armament haki user, since he was able to bypass Caribou's swamp based body to attack him.

Seems like this they already packed all the characters in this booster set does that mean we wont get anotger booster pack until the next arc? Cause they already include all the main players of wano in this set. I was hoping we will get another pack for like wano civilians for tengyama and onimaru but seems like they include them in this booster set

I would have swapped Orochi and Fukurokuju with the two converted Gifters (or one of the Gifters and Yamato) to make the packs feel a little more equal in hero and villain representation.
Still, glad to finally know what's coming. Looking forward to the covers!

I think it's harsh to say they didn't think about it or rushed it. More that dividing up characters into equally numbered groups for the packs that also fit a theme must be pretty damn hard. I would have made different choices, but that doesn't mean choices weren't made.

Cards are all in debut order but the Straw Hat pirates which covers the first bunch of cards, the two ships and Vivi. So yes, people expect Yamato or whoever is the next crewmate to place on the ships' number… which will actually never happens.
This is why I found a bad decision to put all straw hats together at the beginning, as it doesn't leave any space for future nakamas and this will put whoever is collecting it in the awkward situation to put the last member around one thousand card after them.

On the flip side to the crewmate discussion, we can expect newly coloured panels through volume 99 in these ones, probably including shots from the Supernovas' rooftop battle. The art used on the covers for Black Maria, Kid and Killer all come from that volume, with the latter two being from the lineup at the start of the roof fight.

I feel like no matter what's listed for Yamato under gender (whether it's "female", "female (heart of a male)" (similar to what Kiku had), "female (heart of Oden)", or something else), there's going to be plenty of outrage.

At this point I'll just be happy to have an answer. Even just a throwaway line to justify why Kaido and his underlings keep saying son while all non-diegetic sources of info insist on daughter, but the best thing would be saying directly which two they would describe themself as. I'm not going to be particularly hurt by it coming down on either side, but the debate has brought out enough people with shitty opinions on people who don't look the part of their gender that I'd rather just see it settled.
Good time to do it, too, right before their anime introduction. Get a concrete answer before the whole battle kicks off again.

There are One Piece readers out there that are outraged about things no matter what because that's how their own hearts play out. The main point here is probably that what one wants to see doesn't always line up with the context and structure of the manga, the latter of which Oda is always keen on. If one is going to get outraged no matter what the vivre card turns out to be, then that's telling of one's character of one needing to sort out quite a bit of real-life baggage, and what they may need to come to terms with.
