Where to place a thread, and whether or not to make the thread at all

I have a desire to discuss a dream character roster for a hypothetical Shounen Jump fighting game.

1. What forum should I post it in? Gen Discussion, Other Anime/Manga, Video Games?

2. I'm often out of touch with what people here want to talk about. Would this thread probably fail hard?

1. Pretty hard call honestly. It might get the most visibility in General, but also get bumped down quicker. But maybe it's the best place all things considered.

2. Hard to tell unless you try!
