Absolutely love the Barto Club's attitude towards the Red Hairs. Of course, we know they won't be in too deep, but this is just too great. This is quickly shaping up to be one of my favorite cover stories.
Not a particularly eventful chapter, but I'm glad Nami's been given this chance to use her powers against Big Mom. Is Big Mom gonna be subdued? Certainly not, but any little thing helps. Also glad to see Chopper and Brook not be gone for too long. I just wished the BM Pirate that attacked Pedro was named ;_;

I love all the characters in this arc. Jinbei's better than ever, Chiffon doesn't just sit around, Sanji and Nami are both fighting, Brook and Chopper refusing to give up Sunny… it's fantastic!

It was a fine chapter after waiting so long. I wish it had gone on for a little longer, the ending didn't leave me as satisfied as usual, but knowing that we have another chapter next week is good enough now
I wonder how and when are they planning to make the goddamn cake. And is Pudding planning on going straight for Sanji? Is she pretending to be evil in the last panel? Or was she pretending to be good when talking to Chiffon, previously? Can't wait to see what happens next, a feeling which has been constant throughout this arc. Certainly the best in a looong while. Although I hope it ends soon. It's already become the 5th longest in the whole series and at the current pace it may reach the lengths of Alabasta or Skypiea…

I think she's been lying to herself for so long she doesn't even know what to do anymore. It's like she's stuck between her love for Sanji and her loyalty to Mama. I can't wait to see what happens, but I'm pretty sure it'll be favorable to the SH gang. Although who knows? When Nami struck the ground with Zeus' lightning (impressive…), it allowed them to distance Mama. So Maybe Pudding will slow them down?
Finally Chopper is getting to shine. He didn't do much up until now. Also, can't wait to see Brook fight again.
Sanji is finally landing hits... on trees.

Good chapter, but I find surprisingly little to say about it at the moment. Maybe because the overall situation did not change much - engaged subplots are unravelling, no major change. Nami + Zeus was an awesome combo, though. Does this mean her staff is broken, however ? I noticed on a second read that he ate the weather egg on its tip.
Also I thought Perospero had stayed behind, was a little surprised to find him onboard the Sunny as well.

That panel when Zeus comes crashing down and you see the strawhats all shaded amazingly as they try to get of the area of effect. What a spectacular move by Nami.

Oh boy, that wait was fucking brutal. But goddamnit if Oda didn't deliver this time. I wonder if that little scarecrow dude was just a homie or a legit crew member. Everybody looked great this chapter. Nami took out several dousens of BM pirates. Jinbe took down Prometheus, Brook and Chopper challenges Perospero while fucking Katakuri is there. If Brook crosses blades with Katakuri for even a moment, he's without a doubt the super MVP of this arc.
It's amazing how Oda manage to pack a simple transition chapter with so much stuff.

So two of the "weaker" Straw hats have dealt significant damage to Big Mom(a Yonkou). Its a really awesome way of displaying just how powerful the Straw Hat Pirates really are, finally the Two year time-skip is paying off. I loved that Nami was capable of Manipulating Big Mom's power and using it against her. In fact she's been doing it for a long time in the arc with the Vivre card. Luffy has not damaged Big Mom at all, he's only blocked an attack from her.
Bropper and Brooke getting ready to face down the Top guys of the BM pirates is another satisfying moment. Oda has done this guys justice in this arc. I hope Zoro's crew receive the same kind of attention.

Nami using Zeus was hinted before when she and Luffy were attacked the BMP, she did it before offscreen and the BMP (Amande or Galette, I think) said something about it.

Pretty sure they are just being stupid. Chopper saw that tiger seaking and thought it was a mermaid, but then Brook corrected him… saying it was a merman.

I can't take your posts seriously. I'm not sure if you are trying to get a rise out of people or really believe all that could have fit in 3 pages. You've lost all credibility.

Chopper see's a mermaid, Brook gets happy then realizes its merMAN. Chopper then wonders what they are up to, Brook is like forget about it we have other things to worry about. If Chopper thinks they are fishing they could be using nets to collect and subdue those sea slugs that are on patrol or preparing something with nets and lines that could tow Sunny when its time to haul apples.
This is the set up for later. That way people won't complain since many I'm sure assumed the Sun Pirates fled for good. No way that would happen without a tearful good bye between Jimbei and his men.

Obviously Big Mom was NOT knocked out by Nami's El Thor-sized lightning bolt, but incredibly enough some people think she was (not referring to people here, but those in other "cancer-inducing" places).
Won't even be surprised if she was barely fazed by the massive attack and becomes even more enraged next chapter.
