In August I'll hit 13 years (god). I know recently I haven't been posting too often here, but I still remember those newbie and embarrassing days back in 2009-2010, I was a dumb teen. Still, this place was the first time I really dived into social media, before the days of Discord and Twitter.

I hit 15 years back in February.
I have forums that I joined in 2003, so I'm grappling with the fact that I will have been on internet forums for 20 years next year.To think of things in that way blows my mind. I still remember when forums were brand new to me.

Can't even remember how long I was lurking here before joining. I know I was looking at the spoiler thread in high school and 2007 would put me in my first or second year of college, so…yeah, I guess 2-3 years.

Thinking back, I definitely remember reading the chapter discussion for the Straw Hats attacking Franky House and then Usopp challenging Luffy to a duel; there's a two week gap between it and the actual duel with the latter coming out just before I signed up. So, yeah, I think I was lurking/guest posting for most of a month before I signed up, which all fits since that was around the time I got fed up with Viz's pace and started going online to read chapters.

I actually don't remember if Wanderer-Zero was a founding member, I might've recruited him from KF to help manage the technical side of the site?

There must have been a whole rush of people to sign up the week before I did though since Buccaneer and Pepsi were exactly a week earlier and member 14 and 18 while e1n and oceanizer were two days before me and 154 and 156 respectively.

The only thing more surreal than the age of some of your accounts….. is the idea that there are people in Japan that have been following this series since 1997, and have celebrated their silver jubilee.

I don't know why I wrote it that way; I meant that they changed their names to something else later on. I know EGX did but maybe Matt went by something else later on.
