Kaizoku subbed eps 1-174 as I type this post. Gerusama subbed from which ep. to which ep.?
I just want to seperate the subbed eps. from the poorly subbed ones. -

I´m a bit confused right now. If I try to download something from K-F or Gerusama then everything works just as usual. But I just tried to download something from Null and I get a "You have a DCC pending, Set your client to receive the transfer."
Why that out of a sudden? It never happened before there.

that's happened to me a few times, what I do is to wait for the DCC to timeout (180 seconds) then try again.

Tried that but with no effort. Well, maybe I should check it tomorrow. It´s late over here anyways.

It opens then asks me to buy it, I can't so I wait for the continue button to appear, I click it. Then I here a "beep" like when you try and click away from a computer message which doesn't allow it to be unselected. Whenever I try and connect I get the same "beep" no messages.

@Buuhan: that sucks! you can try and download mIRC but i don't think the software is the matter.
@Ivotas: it's the first time you have this message? it's a nuisance, right? well Bad-Beat has got the right idea. if it doesn't work (it happens, sometimes…), just close irc, watch a good anime then try again. :laugh:

try redownloading the client Buuhan1, and using that and starting over with the tutorial from scratch. If the problem still occurs, let me know.

If you are using K-F's IRC, it should resume automatically.
If you are not, you can bring up the Options window by pressing Alt+O. Go to DCC, and select Auto-get file, and If file exists: Resume.

if you type the same message again, the download will continue from where it left off, aslong as you haven't deleted what's already been downloaded.

I am trying to connect to 'irchighway' server for more than 2 months and it is always giving a error message.
" Connecting to irc.irchighway.net (6667)
- Unable to connect to server (Software caused connection abort)
- Connect retry #1 irc.irchighway.net (6662)
- Unable to connect to server (Connection refused)"
This continues and I never get a server to get into irchighway. I found a tutorial on getting registered to irchighway. However, how can I register myself without getting into the server?
I am not sure about this problem… Can anyone help me please?

irchighway is a nasty server sometimes. they ban whole IP ranges without caring about the consequences. it may be that your IP was banned
try this command: /server addiction.il.us.irchighway.net
and see if you can directly connect to the server (irc.irchighway.net is a redirect to several servers). if not, you may have to e-mail them and ask for an unban. -

Whenever I start downloading something, the download conks out at 58.4 KB. What's up with this?

[10053] Software caused connection abort
I tend to get this error on every odd occasion, one of those odd occasions being tonight. It only seems to effect the IRC app, and like said, it only happens every once in a while.
What causes this error & how can it be avoided/fixed?

sometimes a server has to be taken down for maintenance, or just to let the queue flush. that happens when the server manually disconnects you, OR, it can also be that your isp has manually reset your connection. do you have a dynamic IP that changes often?

I was trying to download Grand Battle Rush from the Apis Bot and it keeps disconnecting after 4 hours of waiting.
It's done it twice. I'm still queued for the third time.
Is this fixable?
Also, didn't Smoker have the games?

BatDan. I've been downloading GBRush from Apis bot too, the download started yesterday. After leaving my comp on overnight, it's at 77% right now due to disconnection, but it's running smooth now, and should be complete by morning. So I'm fairly certain that there's nothing wrong with the Apis bot. What other problems could be happening to the download for you?

Hmmm…I've downloaded this, and it works fine.
However, on another forum I'm on, they also have a channel. One which I have no idea to join because sysreset doesn't seem to work for some reason. I'm in desperate need of some help please.

I've had the IRC client crash my computer several times. I've tried redownloading and reinstalling the client several times but it still happens. I've been downloading from the Southbird bot up until it crashes. Anything I can do?

Hey, um, I have a question about IRC. There's this channel I've never been to before, but it won't let me join because it says I'm banned. How can I be banned when I've never been there before? Was my entire ISP banned?

That is the most likely explanation. IRC allows wildcard (*) bans, so it is rather easy to ban a range of people.

I've seen that message when not having the right key as well. Although I thought it was supposed to say "need correct key" I've definitely seen "Cannot join channel, address is banned" when I know I'm not banned >.>
Instead of making it "invite only" maybe they just use "let's ban everyone except those who are supposed to be here"

SECOND EDIT!: I had a Doofus moment, you just gotta be sure to change your "Full Name" and "email address" to something else. They don't like people that use the default settings for this modded client, that's all.
