Chapter 1,028: Brachiosnakeus

sooooo. When Moria?

Please don't do another Rescue Robin arc, I wanna see Elbaph after this.
But now robin is in the safe hands of SH's. It could be SH against CP0 for now.. or SH flee to elbaf or whatever next destination while resting their body.
Especially zoro and luffy.–- Update From New Post Merge ---
Hah. Queen once again showing he's the most interesting/entertaining member of the crew ( along with Ulti), his DF, and how he seperates himself is just crazy… i dunno how one would even make such crazy mods to themselves.
Insane.Lol queen is one of my favorite villain for now. He can't stop making beyond crazy acts. That wacko move separating his head, neck and bringing out a missle that can be instructed by his voice but lacking identification in differentiating between an order and not an order is just silly.. is so one piece lol.
-
sooooo. When Moria?
That's a question we'd all want to see answered.
His last cameo (present-time) was a little over 100 chapters ago…
-
I now suspect that some of Lucci's old mates are imprisoned and only he and Kaku are in CP0 to keep them alive.
-
For me when a dyno can turn into a snake that reminds me the feeling I have that Oda stopped caring about things making sense as long as he has his fun or get the end results he wants. And this who cares attitude is not one I enjoy much.
Huh!!!!!
Did you completely forget Luffy vs Buggy, Luffy vs Crocodile, Luffy vs Enel, Zoro vs Kaku, DUVAL, Nami vs Doublefinger??This IS OP. This has been Oda since forever.
-
Queen's line to Sanji "You're already dead." might be Oda's homage to Fist of the North Star, one of his favorite mangas since its protagonist's signature phrase is also "You're already dead". BTW, Queen looks a bit similar to a villain named Heart-sama in FNS.
Oda's interview about Jump app in 2016: "Hundred Rending Fists" attack in Fist of the North Star impressed me the most since it literally blew up a human's body. My favorite character is Rei. I loved him so much that I quit reading the manga when he died.

I think Yamato rushing to get to the explosives which is not something we as an audience deem an important task, while we can sneakily see some Heart Pirates that shouldn't be on Onigashima at the moment introduces us to the actual point of this story beat: Caribou, who along with the Heart Pirates snatched a ride on Momo, absorbing said explosives in his bottomless swamp, making himself a threat to all factions.
-
Maybe it was said in the spoiler thread but apparently the cover page reuses an old video game. I know nothing about One Piece video games, so I can't tell more about it. Except I like the cover for once
Lucci part is interesting, it seems we won't have our peaceful post arc party immediatly after animal kingdom crew is defeated. Once again, we are reminded of the key role of Robin for the end of serie. Oda has emphasized that point quite a lot in the arc already. I don't know what those ships contains but Lucci seems confident it can beat a weakened Kaidou. Probably this new weapon Vegapunk has invented.
We know that it's not Kaidou who will win, but Zoro will be incapacitated and Luffy probably not in his best shape. So who knows where it is going, especially since there are also Big Mum crew lurking in the areaI won't be original in saying Queen is hilarious. Definitely the best character of the arc. It seems Oda was disappointed he couldn't create stupid smiles anymore so he invents crazy dinosaurs instead
Sanji is having his power up. Him not wanting it is the interesting part. As Kishido pointed, this new power has the countereffect of making the emotions disappear so I'm curious how Oda will handle all that.Great find!
I actually thought it was a shame that none of the girls were put in a Samus Suit.

For queen it makes sense because he is a robot, Like how general franky splits into parts, tank+ motorcycle. But for sasaki it only makes sense If queen modified his body too, only the neck part since his belly is still soft.
Now it's time for sanji to rescue Robin since he got her in trouble in the first place and he still needs to get his roof battle equivalent, Zoro got that and king. And at this point, sanji is so broken he can likely solo Lucci, kaku and everyone in cp0.
-
@uniaka:

The thing is that Queen insists that Brachiosnakeus is pure dino power, not a modification. Only if he's trolling that it could be a robot thing.
-
So I now expect that Kaido will fall and Robin WILL BE CAPTURED by CP0.. but when they will be leaving Wano with her, Shanks will show up and save Robin from CP0. Then a party!!!
I somehow cannot imagine Strawhats not having great party after Kaido fall and I cannot expect them having party with Robin being taken away by CP0 so thats why expect Shanks being one to save Robin and also not letting World Goverment take over Wano. Even if respected by Five Elder Stars and Sengoku, Shanks is a pirate and in past he was one to rob World Goverment, stealing Gomu Gomu no Mi so he might very well take something away from them once more, this time "it" being Robin.
-
Yeah, Queen specifically says that he isn't going to use his scientific advancements but pure dino power.
Saski wasn't modified either.
Oda is straight up saying dinosaurs were capable of that in the One Piece world and you can't really argue with that.
-
had a blast reading this one, Queen is the heart of the Beast Pirates and no one else is even close to threat his domain.
CP0 approach, to me, seems more likely to bring Wano as a Powerfull Nation and Globally Recognised as Such as a plot rather then a Robin Rescue 2.0 rn. It shall be the closure Momonosuke needs as a 28yo leader with huge supporting needs and a good excuse to leave most of the current guest characters still in the island.
Sanji's development has been quite weird, so I'll wait further information to see where Oda lands this one. For some reason I think that the Lunarian thing was only to introduce the concept, and that Sanji will end up not having any relation to it genewise. Let's see how Super Sentai Sanji ends up and praying that it doesn't leaves a bad taste in our figurative mouth.
I love how losely the cover seems to be inspired by Smash Bros. and fighting games in general. My personal who's who in Smashverse would be something like:
Luffy as Mario, with Gear 4th Boundman as Little Mac, Snakeman as Minmin and Tankman as Pacman
Zoro as Link, using Master Sword, Monado and Keyblade as his three swords
Nami as Isabelle, with Zeus as Joker
Usopp as Inkling, with Kuro Kabuto as Piranha Plant
Sanji as Snake, with Stealth Black as Dark Pit
Chopper as Ice Climber, with Walk Point as Yoshi - Heavy Point as Banjo - Guard Point as Kirby - Kung Fu Point as Ryu - Horn Point as Sonic - Monster Point as Bowser
Robin as Bayonetta, with Demonio Fleur as Devil Kazuya
Franky as DK, with Franky Shogun as Mega Man
Brook as Metaknight, with Soul Projection as Luigi
Jimbe as Captain Falcon
Vivi/Miss Wednesday as Zelda/Sheik, with Karoo as Falco
Bonus: Boa as Peach -
Despite meeting Luffy only 75 chapters into Wano, it seems that what Yamato has been doing has made up for not appearing earlier, even 120 chapters into the arc.
-
Huh!!!!!

I disagree. To me its like the Sanji jokes that got significantly less restrained as the story went. And while he used to have a good balance between humor and story before. He's just been leaning into putting humor everywhere and at anytime. Which to me me when the Sabo return is a enel face joke create a jarring experience. And to me feels different then the balance that used to be there on when to put humor or not.
And I think Oda has been caring less and less about about making things make sense. No Luffy drunk water to make Crocodile solid or guy fall on crate and made a crate man or Usopp used bugs to scare the girl. just its funny so "that's just how dinos work". And to me its very much Oda being able to do wathever he wants without caring how or if it fits anymore. Because he finally relaize that has the magazine biggest success he doesnt really need restraint anymore and can just throw stuff at the wall whenever he want. And to me that doesnt really make good story. It just make a jarring mess, hard to invest in mess.
But hey I really wasnt receptive to the gags in this one. Others liked it a lot. It happens.

I feel like Kyoshiro could’ve served the exact same purpose here, given he was under the guise of Orochi and they travel to the island at least once a year, which seems like enough time to learn about explosives on the island.
But maybe they’ll intersect at some point? We haven’t seen that guy since the samurai split up after slicing Orochi down. He’s gotta be up to something.

I just don't get how you're deciding what gags do and don't fit in One Piece or if the how of something works or not.

Sanji: "There´s gotta be a better way to break through his dino toughness."
I thought his fire imbued kicks (adding a special property to a physical hit) could penetrate strong physical defenses, like against Jabra in the past.
During the timeskip, he also learned Armament Haki, so his attack power must be way higher than before.
But even that doesn´t seem to be enough, Dofla blocked his kick barrage with his arm, now Queen just shrugged off a named special attack of his a couple of times. We´ve yet to see Hells Memories, would that work? Would be hilarious if Queen had a built-in fire extinguisher…
Sanji awakening a Terminator/Wolverine body helps a lot with his tankiness, but I do wonder, does it really improve his attack power?I´ve always seen him as Blaziken, could he create something like a Focus Blast special attack in this fight that targets Queens weaker special defense stat maybe?
Or utilize superspeed (Speed Boost) in conjunction with flames to create a vortex of fire (Fire Spin), which burns and traps the oponent, with some sort of flying finisher from above (Flare Blitze/Brave Bird/High Jump Kick)...no idea.Regarding the World Government involvement in the aftermath, I can very well see them shitting their pants at the sight of Momo in the sky above the port before disembarking.
He would casually drop off the KOed CP0 members onto the ships...
Dragon Momo: "I am Kozuki Momonosuke, son of Kozuki Oden. I am the Shogun of Wano."
Yamato riding Momo: "I am Yamato, son of Kaido. I am the protector of Wano."
Momo/Yama: "If you come as friends, you are welcomed here."
"However, if you come as enemies"…Momo shoots a warning blast behind the ships, creating a huge explosion...
"we are ready to protect our country."
Then countless Samurai appear and cover the whole beach as far as the eye can see.My point is, the Strawhats don´t have to get involved further after Kaido falls and they finish off CP0.
-
Blue fire created with Diable Jamble + spinning + CoA hardening + new harder body that can tank the heat would be plenty good imo
Something like Cesar Clown/ Crown Blue oxygen Sword he used when fighting Luffy but much more powerful. That should do the trick of KOing Queen with mix of Sanjis own power and genetic hardening twist.
-

Sanji awakening a Terminator/Wolverine body helps a lot with his tankiness, but I do wonder, does it really improve his attack power?I think there are two possibilities here for how Sanji could tackle this.
1. Since he mentioned specifically "There's gotta be a better way to break through his dino toughness." The answer I feel staring us in the face is Ryuo. Ryuo is a possible solution to this question, but I think it's unlikely he will develop this on the spot. I'm not ruling it out, but due to Oda's past portrayal of Sanji's Armament Haki skills I'm unsure of a large development like this taking place. My reasoning being is that, as far as I can tell Oda has purposefully never shown Sanji using COA Hardening on panel to this point. It's really odd when you think about it, he's never set aside a panel where Sanji stands and uses it, compared to almost everyone else. He also wasn't present at Luffy's lesson or display of Ryuo because he wasn't at the jail/on the roof to witness Luffy smashing Kaido, so he didn't get to have a moment like Zoro, Kid, Killer and Law did, where he recognizes that there is another level of Haki.
!
Oda has his reasons for placing characters in different places and letting them see or comment on things, but I feel like if Sanji was supposed to use Ryuo, he would have some kind of acknowledgment of it like these characters.
2. The other possible solution is a hotter form of Diable Jambe. Now, we know through Luffy that, in order to defeat Yonkou Commander level opponents, you do not necessarily need Ryuo. (Doffy, Cracker, and Katakuri). However you do need to be able to hit considerably hard. I was always curious on how Oda was going to take characters like Zoro and Sanji to the next level, because Gear 4th was such a massive step up that anything less comparable for Zoro and Sanji to take on commanders would seem odd. Now we know he has his latent genes awakened now, and is still reluctant to use the suit. But maybe there's a possibility that his "metal" exoskeleton allows his Diable Jambe to burn considerably hotter and not damage him, and that leads a new way of doing more damage. As interesting as having an exoskeleton is, which drastically buffs his defense, we've seen first hand that offensively it's negligable, with Katakuri being able to damage Ichiji relatively quickly.
And because we are in the endgame of One Piece now, there's a lower chance that Oda might combine both Ryuo and this new Diable Jambe, which is really unlikely, but hey I didn't expect Sanji to even be able to fight Queen at this point, but here he is. I look forward to seeing how both Zoro and Sanji win their fights.

If I had to guess, I'd say that Oda is consciously avoiding to the develop all SHs through Haki, because it would be a little bit repetitive and samey. In this sense, Oda's focus on Haki has been specifically with Luffy, thus now he is advanced in all three forms, and that's his power up which is unique to him. Obviously, Sanji and Zoro must have Haki too for their power level to make sense as Commanders, but I'm not sure that we're gonna see the same focus on Haki with them as we got with Luffy, unless they unlock specific abilities that Luffy doesn't have (like Zoro turning his blades black forever). Thar said, it seems that Oda will develop Sanji through his insane superpowers (genes, raid suit and fire) and Zoro will probably cut even stronger, as always.
However, to contradict what I just said, I think Conqueror's Haki might be an exception, since it was implied on the rooftop that Zoro's Ashura is a manifestation of his disposition to be king, so it seems that at least Zoro is going on this direction in order to reach the next level. It's fair to predict that Zoro will beat King with Haoshoku. Likewise, if Sanji is also a Conqueror's Haki user as some readers suspect, then I believe he could defeat Queen with Haoshoku too, this being his final power up in the fight. Maybe Sanji's flames are associated with Conqueror's Haki since it burns hotter due to his emotions – I believe that emotions are somewhat related with the concept of Haki --, so maybe Sanji will unlock a new level of fire much more destructive through a sudden true awakening of his quasi-dormant Haoshoku.
By the way, it would be very fitting if Zoro and Sanji defeated characters named King and Queen with Haoshoku, and using the superior versions of the techniques that both of them first unlocked in Enies Lobby -- Ashura and Diable Jamble.
-
Queen is a classic One Piece villain. That bit with the brachio launchers made me laugh.
Sanji's new power-up hasn't had more than a few pages and I'm already looking forward to its limits. I don't wanna imagine a scenario where both Luffy and Zoro are drained after fighting opponents that are beyond them while Sanji's auto-heal just makes him fresh and good for another fight.
Marco's powers had limits, surely Sanji will have limits too. -
Super fun chapter, Queen and Big Mom are the GOATs
Really excited to see how the monster trio fights progress.

Marco's powers had limits, surely Sanji will have limits too. It's not exactly regeneration. It's more like Sanji can put himself back together like a Lego, but there's probably some types of damage that he can't handle, and his stamina is probably being drained as he fights.
-
I really wouldn’t mind if Sanji vegeta’d Zoro by saving him or giving king the last hit or a good hit. It would lend to a good laugh and awkward feelings from zoro ranging from rage, thankfulness and jealousy.

I hope Brook gets to fight a CP0 agents

You've never watched a movie or show you enjoy but it has a joke, a moment or a line you find jarring in it?
Well the only thing that's coming to mind right now is Game of Thrones and I don't think that's a good example the season when I noticed lines being jarring or low hanging fruit is when the writing went to shit and the show never regained its previous quality (s5; showrunners ran out of book material to adapt, Tyrion's dialogue began to greatly suffer, etc).
Trying to think of a movie series or show that didn't just become bad and I'm blanking at the moment. Can't totally relate but I get the idea.
Its just given previous One Piece examples this chapter falls right in line with it. I mean Oda already established a precedent with Sasaki and his ancient zoan so now I'm guessing this would be a reoccurring jarring gag/joke for you?
-
Even if Robin gets captured it won't be spanning any long saga defining arcs. If Robin gets apprehended this arc you can bet Brook or someone will save the day right away. Hopefully with the arrival of more government agents some decently big named individuals will get their apples handed to them with at least a full chapters worth of battle. Keep Robin safe while she isn't 100% and get the other Straw Hats in there for good measure! Brook, Chopper, Usopp and Nami could all use a battle that feels full and satisfying. While the biggest Straw Hats are exhausted from their antics let the less powerful clean up!
Something that crossed my mind reading your post: could Pudding use her powers to make Sanji "remember" emotions again, perhaps? There's definitely more to explore in their relationship, and I could see her powers be relevant in this scenario. It could make for a beautiful sequence, and mirror the fact she took away his memories for his sake on Whole Cake Island.
Hmmm! Oh this is a neat idea! Man if Sanji does lose some of his humanity I could see Pudding getting back into the story and putting in more of a permanent conclusion to their arc. Her specific ability and relation to Sanji does seem like a natural way tie up current and potential loose ends.
By the way, it would be very fitting if Zoro and Sanji defeated characters named King and Queen with Haoshoku, and using the superior versions of the techniques that both of them first unlocked in Enies Lobby – Ashura and Diable Jamble.
Oh I like this too!

Actually many readers should be afraid, very afraid with this take robin plot.
In many stories this insufferable plot device is used to further the drama, create more anxiety and headaches for the reader. We all have seen it where the character had the key to the vault, box or the door, he just doesn’t have the location of where door is and the minute he finds it, he loses the key somehow.
We’re close to laugh tell. After the battle the strawhats will have 3 of the 4 poneglyphs. If the rug is not gonna be pulled from under us with this plot device, why bring up now?. This capture Robin plot had pretty much been done with after ebnies lobby, why bringing it back now if it’s not gonna go anywhere?. To give rob Lucci something to say or to do?.We could have a situation where Robin is taken and the Strawhats have to deal with Elbaf, Blackbeard Plots and other plots before they can get Robin back for the final voyage to Laugh tell and then the final World Battle. It sounds crazy but Oda could actually do this. This would be bad for my taste. I hate these types of plot devices. But who knows how Oda would go with this. Maybe Oda just want to showcase that the Strawhats are strong enough to protect Robin and nothing will come of this kidnapping attempt?. But they did that at ebnies lobby, some would say. I don’t know.

Trying to think of a movie series or show that didn't just become bad and I'm blanking at the moment. Can't totally relate but I get the idea.
As long as you get the idea that's fine. I dont even think people have to agree with me. It was just supposed to be a quick comment about how I generally liked the chapter especially momo's struggle even if the second half wasnt to my taste.
Its just given previous One Piece examples this chapter falls right in line with it. I mean Oda already established a precedent with Sasaki and his ancient zoan so now I'm guessing this would be a reoccurring jarring gag/joke for you?
! There's gag like Brook drinking milk to repair bones is a fun play on an establish belief that milk help strengthen bone or Franky building a bridge to Oars face because he's a genius carpenter or Usopp using bugs to scare girls or Luffy becoming a water baloon because it helps against crocodile. I feel its usually a play on something we know. While Queen turning into a snake isnt playing on anything. It's thinking of a visual thats funny and doing it. And to me at least there's never been that much of "it comes from nowhere but its funny who cares". And I dont think making it a modification would have made it that much less funny.
! One piece always had humor but I think it is used a lot more then pre timeskip. And I think Oda has started to overused it and put in in places it shouldn't be in. Like Luffy discovering his brother is alive. Of course what it is a good use of humor vary from person to person and I could have just grown cynical.
! The best analogy I can think of is how Sanji pervert nature was always there but was overused in fishman island.
! Ultimately I guess I wanted a high stake fight from both commenders since I haven't really felt much threat from this crew. Queen being so goofy and fun doesnt provide that to me me. And I wanted Sanji to shine as a heavy hitter So him coming short against the lovable goofball in gag scenes and needing the power up to survive didnt appeal to me. And when he win I wont get that big satisfaction since Queen being so goofy make his defeat feel more like a minimal requirement then a great accomplishment. But its also only half the chapter maybe less so maybe we could talk about other things then how well some gag landed.
Maybe the twist to openning the border will be acception that alliance with the world government and use that opportunity to make new connection with the world and countries we know like Alabasta or Kano or Dressrossa. And they'll stay under it until the final war where they break off with Alabasta and others we know.
And with Onigishina being a floating island currently and Momo barely know how to use the clouds maybe they they land it in one of the ravage landscape created by Kaido and the wealth of food and probably other ressources kinda serve as a repayment for all they lost for a little while. With a promise Momo will put it once he grow strong enough.
Also I cant imagine Robin getting captured. I imagine it will just be the strawhats being made aware Robin is an high target again. Or maybe Oda setting a massive bounty increase for her. Or just an occasion for the local to stand up for the strawhats when they are too exhausted to defend themselves.
-

The only way you'd be worried is if you think Oda has become a hack. If you even have a semblance of confidence in Oda's writing you're going to be extremely confident in that Oda isn't going to recycle this exact plotpoint in the way he did for Enies Lobby.
The way I see it's going to just be Oda picking up on Robin declaring her not being worried about anything cause she got her crew back in Zou. It's also another way of showing us how the Strawhats as a whole might have evolved if this attempt won't faze them.
Post Wano what will essentially will have happened is a Luffy ascending to the same level as the Yonko having Robin as his ally. That's huge, before that Luffy is just this big pirate that's a thorn to the government. But by defeating a Yonko he will have become a military power that you can't ignore having a key player to the One Piece on his team. The power dynamics with the equilibrium broken will be pretty interesting. We don't know what the SSG will turn out to be but the most obvious move for all the remaining players actually aiming for One Piece would be to ally or at least target Luffy at once. It's like when someone gets ahead in Mario Kart. -
It's not exactly regeneration. It's more like Sanji can put himself back together like a Lego, but there's probably some types of damage that he can't handle, and his stamina is probably being drained as he fights.
His nose is his Achilles heel, once he starts bleeding from it the only thing that can help him is blood transfusion!
-
Won't be surprised if CP0 finds someone else who could read the Poneglyphs (in Wano) or an alternative to reading them directly. Reading poneglyphs might just be the big boost WG needs to prepare for next big things that might crop up
-
Awesome chapter. It's exciting to think where this Sanji's Germa genes awakening is going to for Sanji's fights in the future. Queen shooting himself out of his own torso and become a snake is Oda outclassing himself - I fucking love it.
We had the helicopter dyno not so long ago.
I also didnt like that Luffy seeing Sabo again was an Enel face insteading of just seeing him be happy.
I dont like humor to encroach on everything. I prefer emotional moment played straight. I think its easier to feel what the character feel. And I high stakes fight to have villains with threatening presence. I think it makes taking them down more satisfying and feel more like an accomplishment.
So pretty much all of One Piece, then? Ok.
-
So pretty much all of One Piece, then? Ok.
No need to pretend like you don't get what they meant. There are loads of dramatic scenes in OP. And it's also true Oda's gags can be hit and miss sometimes.
-
Blackbeard will take Robin, no doubt about it. That guy is an opportunistic scumbag. When he's ready to make his move, he will take her, setting up a showdown, a race to Laugh Tale.
-
It's time to spin the wheel! Who will take Robin?
Black Beard? CP0? Big Mom? Panda man? Stay tuned to find out. -
It's time to spin the wheel! Who will take Robin?
Black Beard? CP0? Big Mom? Panda man? Stay tuned to find out.CP-0 would be retreading old territory and boring. Blackbeard however clearly needs a way to get the Poneglyphs and a way to read them, he seems the most obvious choice, after all he has stolen his way to power.
-
I think i would prefer it if Blacky knew something no one else knew and took route B while everyone else scrambled for route A. Maybe something Rocks knew that he somehow got wind off? Just spitballing nonsenses here but it would've been fun
-
CP-0 can't steal Robin, that has already been done before. It would make the Strawhats look like idiots. Like they say, "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."
I'm sure some person will argue that Robin willingly left with CP9 last time, whereas this time they'd have to outright kidnap her against her will but still ends the same way.
-
So pretty much all of One Piece, then? Ok.
The gags were a miss for me this chapter. They were a hit for you. Doesnt mean I hate every one piece gag. It's not a all or nothing game.

I feel Blackbeard is stealing the ponyglyph that is on Whole cake island currently. And maybe he also steal pudding and torture her to read it.

Yeah, me too.
Blackbeard is some sort of historian, so even if he can't read the Ponelgyphs, he probably knows a source that can do it in his place. Btw, if he kidnaps someone, it could be Pudding because of her third eye's powers.

Oh I think ol' B definitely has a workaround, otherwise what's the point of even having a direct family relation to the guy who had access to all kinds of forbidden knowledge. Or maybe he has a 3rd eye after that bandanna after all!
Speaking of Robin, don't see kidnapping working. First, it happened before, second, it would just add more page space to already filled up late game content. I think people trying to kidnap her itself is a decent enough of a complication, especially if our heroes are already drained. I'm quite positive Luffy's fleet will come by and save the day. It's not like they have too many remaining opportunities to do so. And if they don't come, the hell were they doing that they couldn't?

Blackbeard will take Robin, no doubt about it. That guy is an opportunistic scumbag. When he's ready to make his move, he will take her, setting up a showdown, a race to Laugh Tale.
I'd rather see Blackbeard invade Whole Cake Island for the road poneglyph there AND, take Pudding in the process. Oda threw that reveal casually in Kaido and Big Mom's exchange. I'd expect further expansion on that.

I'm pretty sure if someone question those weird dino trivia in a SBS, Oda would respond with something like "Nah, its all cyborg science shit, Queen just like to joke with his foes lol gg",
And speaking of the subject, I think I heard somewhere that the Brachiosaurus didn't really had a long neck, so Oda maybe not be too far from reality.

So no one else thinks it would be cool if the CP0 agents who are at Wano fought against Brook in order to capture Nico Robin?

Honestly, I think Brook is outmatched here. Even if Brook was able to handle one agent, there are multiple CP0 agents at Onigashima, so it's a tall order.

What, and Robin is just going to stand there and watch? Brook, Robin, and currently doing nothing Franky could 3 vs. 3 CP-0 no problem.

We're supposed to think that Robin and Franky are exhausted from defeating the Tobi Roppo. Let's not underestimate CP0 now.
