Honestly, I think Brook is outmatched here. Even if Brook was able to handle one agent, there are multiple CP0 agents at Onigashima, so it's a tall order.
I think at the very least he could put up a good fight, sometimes watching someone struggle in what is clearly a losing battle but not giving up heart is more endearing than just a regular slug match

There's gag like Brook drinking milk to repair bones is a fun play on an establish belief that milk help strengthen bone or Franky building a bridge to Oars face because he's a genius carpenter or Usopp using bugs to scare girls or Luffy becoming a water baloon because it helps against crocodile. I feel its usually a play on something we know. While Queen turning into a snake isnt playing on anything. It's thinking of a visual thats funny and doing it. And to me at least there's never been that much of "it comes from nowhere but its funny who cares". And I dont think making it a modification would have made it that much less funny.
! One piece always had humor but I think it is used a lot more then pre timeskip. And I think Oda has started to overused it and put in in places it shouldn't be in. Like Luffy discovering his brother is alive. Of course what it is a good use of humor vary from person to person and I could have just grown cynical.
! The best analogy I can think of is how Sanji pervert nature was always there but was overused in fishman island.
! Ultimately I guess I wanted a high stake fight from both commenders since I haven't really felt much threat from this crew. Queen being so goofy and fun doesnt provide that to me me. And I wanted Sanji to shine as a heavy hitter So him coming short against the lovable goofball in gag scenes and needing the power up to survive didnt appeal to me. And when he win I wont get that big satisfaction since Queen being so goofy make his defeat feel more like a minimal requirement then a great accomplishment.
The gag is based off the unknown. Not simply wanting to draw a cool visual. The joke lies in the fact that we do not have any first hand knowledge about dinosaurs. So in the One Piece world the dinosaurs there just happen to be capable of a lot more unexpected things.

I hope Jinbe dismantles those guys. He didn't get to fight any of the calamities (I was so wishing for a Jinbe Jack fight!) but successfully defending Robin from the CP0 operatives there will be a great showing for him this arc.

Our reference for CP0 is post-timeskip Kaku and Lucci. The strongest Tobi Roppo was Who's Who, a previous CP9 agent of Lucci's caliber. Meanwhile, in order to beat Sasaki, Franky needed his Shogun, which is now partially destroyed, not to mention that Franky is probably tired even if he avoided damage to his body.
Given all that, it's fair to say that Franky is not fully equipped to handle CP0 right now, even if they're not the greatest threat ever. I'm expecting a surprise when they attack Robin.
SSG is another story, but I don't have any prediction regarding that. Doubt it'll be used to capture Robin.

To think from an alternative pov, the knowledge they need is how to read Poneglyphs not necessarily Robin herself. We know Caternia devon can shape shift herself to another person. Will that include the memories and other intrinsic linguistic abilities too? We know that her ability is similar to Mane Mane no mi but perhaps this is what differentiates from that? It not only clones oneself but copies their learned talents and knowledge as well. If such a thing is possible, that would mean a contact with Robin might just be enough to capture the ability to read Poneglyphs.
We also know that there is another way to read it which would be the the ability to hear the "voice" of the text. If we see people who has more of these abilities, they might be pretty darn crucial for the WG to capture
It doesn't really make sense for Blackbeard to attack Luffy in any way right now, he's too strong and on the up, and this includes kidnapping Robin.
The most unprotected territory right now is Big Mom's, almost all the big hitters are not there, and him KO'ing Katakuri offscreen would add more hype for his personal power given how we've had a prolonged view of how much it really takes to even make him yield, let alone KO'ing him (it would also give Katakuri a motive to be there for Luffy whenever the final war would be).
The prize for going there is also incredible really: A red ponyglyph + potentially gaining the (unwilling) help of Pudding.
Zou is another unprotected spot right now, BB going there + Big Mom's territory would essentially catch Blackbeard up to Luffy's progress to Laugh tale in one fell swoop and with minimal losses.
BB attacking WCI would be a good reason for Big Mom to immediately leave.

The chapter was eyeing towards alot of wicked thing coming up next..people are overreacting to robin potentially getting kidnapped again as if Rob gucci gave up the idea when Luffy whopped him in EL. if its mean to happen it shall and hopefully is a very logical and suspenseful manner.About sanji, it was meant to happen and it did if people didn't get the cues from WCI.. then blame your comprehension no oda for "messing the arc up"..we dunno to what extent his abilities have awoken but we need a more DJ centered chapter since this PU was predictable generally but uncalled for at the moment..i'd like him to intensify his flames against Queen, because for obvious reasons in FMI the same Grill Shot did tremendous damage to Queen underwater for that fact
Personally, I hope Oda will chose to have Sanjis power explained as such; yes, his power up comes from Vinsmoke science - but he's infinitely superior to his brothers because he managed to train and power up for a reason/ his own personal goals because he still has his emotions, such proving Judge wrong in his doing without destroying the "science" angle which I see coming back later on.

I'm hoping Robin isn't kidnapped again because it would just be retreading. If someone has to be kidnapped there are better choices, especially when Oda has already provided us with another option to give Blackbeard someone who can read poneglyphs: A full-blooded member of the three-eyed tribe. Hell, Jesus Burgess could be a member for all we know!
