Interesting point. If Chopper's fruit really was a "regular human" fruit, then he'd look very much like a flesh and blood human, with no blue nose or antlers, and yet he still has those. It was suggested to me he could be something like Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Wendigo, which may fit Chopper in more along the lines of Canadian/Native American mythology.

Actually, it was never made clear to me if the drums on Enel's back are something he wears or if it's something that he got because of his devil fruit, because they're something Raijin also have. Even now, I'm not sure.
