A new Netflix original anime came out today and I'm actually impressed so far, it's actually pretty good. It's based on Dota 2 the game and I'm always skeptical of anything based on video games, but it's good to see my worries were unfounded. It's a self-contained story, no knowledge of the game is needed (it's not like the game even has a story). If you have nothing to do, check it out if you don't mind some swearing (how fitting for a Dota adaptation lol) and lots of blood.
Though I suspect this thread is probably dead on arrival lol.

Man I'm loving this. 4 Episodes in and it got me hooked. The struggle to not binge it is real. I can definitely recommend this to anyone who doesn't mind a more adult animation.

Don't forget Lara Pulver who played Irene Adler in Sherlock. The animation studio Mir did Legend of Korra among others. And the creator is Ashley Miller who worked on things such as X-men Frist Class. Lots of big names here and it shows. Great voice acting, interesting narrative and characters, good animation, good fight choreography, good music. They really pulled out all the budgetary stops for this.
