Aftera chapter full of new characters, it's nice to see only the main duo and their antics -
Mah, I think this manga is exceedingly average in most aspects to the point of me forgetting what actually happened after I finished the chapter. Paneling is very conservative, gags are uninspired and characters feel dull. I never read SKET Dance, but is this par of the course for the author?

Oh man I didn't realise this was the Sket Dance author! I can see that now that it's been said though.
Sket Dance has a lot of gags that are average but it's character writing is really strong. It's been a while but the flashbacks for its main characters were really good, like One Piece flashback levels of good.

I'm really enjoying this series so far and it's my current favorite of the recent batch of new Jump series besides Sakamoto's Days. Chapter 3 is my favorite chapter so far, the entire situation of the chapter and the ending of it made me laugh really hard. From the chapters that came out so far, I have a feeling this is going to be a fun series.

Really nice chapter. The surprise at the end was funny and the recap of all the spells was great.
Previous chapter had a big twist but i don't think the fight will last long now that the warlock is defeated

i think it's a fun read, all in all; but I understand if someone is tired of how it works by now.

It hasn’t managed to do the sket dance thing of punching your soul more than once, and it is not as hilarious either.

I think it's pretty good but there isn't really much to talk about really. There's been no major developments and it's really just been a slow introduction to the main cast. My guess is that, with the title drop, this is it for the main cast now and the story might progress.

As for my opinion of this manga, I'm really enjoying it lately. The start was a bit slow and less funny than what I expect from this mangaka but it's been getting better and better as more characters have been introduced.

Small revive. I am reading this series. I was a fan of Sket Dance, and I've been seeing its spirit linger in Witch Watch.

Witch Watch doesn't seem to be ending any time soon. And i think having two successful series and one ok series under your belt is a good body of work.

I wonder if monthly or bi-monthly mangaka are in such a bad deal as well...

Only 2 chapters of Sket, but I was hoping for a 3rd! It was a warm chapter on par with the Sket Dance vibe and it was nice to see the gang together again. Always really meaningful to see Switch laughing too. And now onwards to the big 100!
