Okay as an artist myself I'm going to say that your art really needs improving in terms of anatomy and anime face anatomy.
While I have not "made it" by any means, I hope I can provide some advice from a fellow grinding artist to another.
Draw skulls. Like a shitload of skulls. Rotate the skull, draw them from every angle.
Eventually you'll get "better" , then you can look at anime faces and try to copy the style. But not just copy, actually bring your skull drawing exp into your copying.
Even if anime eyes look like bugs, they follow the principle of the skull and eyes proportion/place. All good art stylization does.
From what I can see, you are doing a lot of symbol drawing and that's really, really bad in the long run (I used to always do it and now am struggling to unlearn).
For anatomy, look at croquis cafe + their gallery. It's insane amount of resources for you to tap on.
Same thing as skull and you'll eventually get there. You can't stylized well without a good understanding.
I hope what I posted didn't put a damper or what-not but you putting it out there is a good first step but in my opinion, it looks amateurish.
You obviously have a good eye for forms because of your cats(they look pretty good except for the eyes which are symbol drawing again) and just need proper grinding.
Uh, yeah that's my two cents.
