Damn, was hoping NC would review that one, since its right in that era and Cool World is so bad, and such a misfire, it even escapes cult status by Bakshi fans. Easily the worst film he was ever involved in, and a bomb that would have killed anyone's career. Evidentally, the movie was originally pitched as an animated horror film dealing with the freakish hybrid offspring of a real man and a cartoon woman. The possibilities of that premise is infinitely more interesting that what happens in the movie.

They need more work on their video editing, and they just lack the sophistication to their humor points that Doug and Plinkett has. Those folks sound too nerdy at points.
I mean with Plinkett he'll give great concrete examples of his points through clever video editing showing comparisons, and educating you about good filming while Doug approaches things(using his great knowledge of pop culture ) also making funny stabs at the film(with sounding greatly professional) Look at his great top ten dumbest Spider-man videos.
Jesu's voice is deeper and has a bit more range with it.

Well, it's not like just because one reviewer tackles a movie it means it's off limits to all other reviewers. I mean, Doug reviewed Dungeons and Dragons just a few weeks after the DW reviewed it.
Anywho, about Marzgurl. I actually stopped watching her videos for a while (those anime editorials are just…....ugh), but I have been watching her Land Before Time sequels reviews. Mainly because I'm interested in the subject matter since I constantly watched the first four sequels as a kid (yeah, I was a dumb kid).
I've also dropped Vangelus. I don't find his material all that funny, nor do I have any great interest in a guy reviewing action figures.
I also wish they had better names. Like just "The Comic Guy" or "Sam the Video Game Man" or whatever.
